Student answer (Band 5.0)
All the citizen should have the access of clean water should be provide to all over the country beacuse it is basic human right as a citizen without any charge.
Yes, I agree with this statement that clean and pure water would be provided to everyone beacuse havinf clean pure water is basic human right , for drinking washing , cleaning and for daily use it does not need any charge , because if we see low-income or poor people if we charge the money so , how could poor people afford water just for drink for their body. For example, if we look at Africa or any underdeveloped country like Pakistan, India, or Bangladesh, if we charge money for even water, how could they survive in their daily lives? Because water is a basic necessity for human beings; no one can survive without it.
In other opinion we can say that goverbment can charge very low amount from people just for taxes etc , not very huge amount from anyone if we charge a large amount of money even for drinking so people with low income or poor families how can survive in daily life , water is necessary even for anything washing , cleaning , drinking cleaning.
I can summarize this tought that if government want to charge money for water they should charge with very least amount , or with poeple poor people nothing to charge .

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
Your position is clear: you agree that clean water should be available without charge, and you explain that fees could prevent people on low incomes from meeting a basic need. The examples of poorer countries and the point that people cannot survive without water are relevant. However, the response addresses the issue only partially because it does not fully explore how a free household supply could be funded or distinguish essential use from excessive consumption. The suggestion that governments might charge a small amount also makes your position less consistent with the claim that every home should receive water free of charge. The response is 10 words below the required minimum. Develop your reasoning with a specific example and clarify whether you support free basic access or entirely free water.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5
There is some organisation: you state your agreement, give reasons and examples, then introduce a qualification about government charges before concluding. However, the progression is not consistently clear. The opening sentence repeats the main claim, and the second paragraph begins “In other opinion,” which does not clearly signal how this point relates to your agreement. Several ideas—drinking, washing and cleaning, and the difficulty poor families would face—are repeated rather than advanced. The final sentence summarises your view but is difficult to follow. Use separate paragraphs for your position, supporting reasoning and any counterargument, and connect each point with clear references and transitions rather than repeating the same claim.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use relevant topic vocabulary such as “basic human right,” “low-income,” “taxes” and “basic necessity,” so the main ideas can be understood. However, the range is limited and several words or phrases are repeated, especially “water,” “poor,” “charge” and “daily lives.” There are also noticeable spelling and word-choice errors, including “beacuse,” “havinf,” “goverbment” and “tought,” which reduce accuracy and can distract the reader. Some expressions are not natural in this context, such as “with very least amount.” Build a more precise range for discussing access and costs—for example, “affordable supply,” “essential household use” and “subsidise”—and check spelling and collocations during revision.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
You attempt both simple statements and longer sentences with reasons, including “because if we see low-income or poor people if we charge the money…” However, the longer structures are often faulty, and frequent errors in agreement, articles, verb forms and sentence boundaries make the writing difficult to read. For example, “All the citizen should have the access” has problems with plural agreement and article use, while “water would be provided” does not express your intended general recommendation as clearly as “water should be provided.” Several sentences run together or use repeated clauses, particularly the long example about poorer countries. Practise building accurate simple sentences first, then join related ideas with one clear subordinate clause and use full stops to control sentence length.
