Student answer (Band 5.0)
Acess Clean Water
I'm agree to provide a water with zero cost. Because every person have basic right to consume a clean water and that is provided free of charge. The environment is not a any person of personal property where they can make rules and regulation. For example. I'm from a district called baitaidi, which is located in far-western part of nepal. In my village, the water supply is provided free in every month. We should not pay for clean water.
I'm fully not supported to provide water free because it depends upon the situation and people belongs in village. For example. I have been saw, in other village there we have to pay 100 RS per month for water. I'm not disappointed fro thsi rule because in there people are so lazy and careless about the water source. They didn't to go if the water supply had any problem. They are not avilable those day whenever need to bring water from the water source. Moreover, in city areas the people are busy on their work so the have to pay for water. Currently, I'm paying 150RS per month to consume clean water.
If somewhere, people are active and they are ready for face small type of problem and want to work together these village doesn't need to pay for water because the can bring water to there village. If there big problem on tank or pipe lines the goverment provided a sufficient amount of money for improve water supply system.
In conclusion, consume clean water is a basic human right. However, we have to do somthing for acess clean water free.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
You give a personal view that clean water should be free, and your examples from your village and current water payments make the response relevant. However, the position is not consistently clear: you begin by agreeing, then write, “I'm fully not supported to provide water free,” before concluding that clean water is a right but people must do something to access it free. The discussion also shifts between whether water should be free in every home and whether communities should contribute work or money, without resolving that distinction. Develop a consistent answer and explain the principle behind it—for example, whether basic household water should be free while repairs or higher usage are paid for. Your examples are useful, but the claims about villagers being “lazy and careless” need clearer explanation and support.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5
The response has separate paragraphs for your initial view, contrasting examples, a further condition, and a conclusion, so the reader can identify its broad sections. However, the progression is difficult to follow because the second paragraph reverses the opening position without clearly signalling whether this is a counterargument or your actual view. Connectors such as “For example” are repeated, and “If somewhere” introduces a condition whose link to the main argument is not fully explained. The conclusion also does not clearly resolve the disagreement between free provision and monthly charges. Organise the essay around one consistent position, use each paragraph for a distinct reason, and make references such as “there” and “these village” specific so the relationships between ideas are easier to follow.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use relevant topic vocabulary, including “water supply,” “water source,” “tank,” and “pipe lines,” and the local examples help communicate your meaning. However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations are inaccurate, sometimes making the message harder to understand. For instance, “I'm fully not supported” does not express your position naturally, while “consume a clean water” and “small type of problem” are awkward. There are also noticeable spelling errors, including “Acess,” “thsi,” and “avilable.” Build a more precise set of expressions for discussing public services, costs, and responsibility, and check spelling and word forms carefully. The suggestions below offer alternatives that fit your argument more naturally.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
You attempt both short statements and longer conditional sentences, such as “If somewhere, people are active…” This shows an effort to vary sentence forms, but control is inconsistent, and errors in basic structures frequently make the reader pause. Examples include “every person have,” “I have been saw,” and “the people are busy on their work so the have to pay,” where agreement, verb forms, and sentence construction are faulty. Some sentences are also fragments, such as “Because every person…” and “For example.” Practise forming complete sentences with a clear subject and verb, and review subject–verb agreement and past and present verb forms. Use conditional structures only when you can keep their clauses grammatically complete.
