Student answer (Band 5.0)
It become assential to address that some people are tend to believe that government provides free of charge water supply in all home. So it would be benifical to all people they can do best use in their day to day life. While, other people are believe that water supply have not free of charge beacuse some people are waste of water in village and some big companies are used water in business production. Thus, in the below paragraph i shared the pros and cons of this topic.
Which people are support to home should have a water supply is free of charge so it helps to people which have not moeny for bathing, cooking and drinking. So, it becoming very useful things in our county. The India has largest sea ocen across the world so People have not worried about the clean water supply. The India government have always stands with needly people to help to come out from situation.
On the other hand, people who support the water supply should be chargable so There are many prons in this view beacuse there are many people are waste of water every day like in drinking area in public people use the water and do not close the lock. Thus, water continues dropped on road and wasting time and water. If the water becomming free in India people do not care about water they can waste the water everyday. In public area water tank are free although people are wasting water so if the becoming chargable so people can take care about water. Another reason is some big companies are can do business free of cosr like Bisleery brand they can use free water in the bottle and get more moeny from customers.
Overall, The water should be chargable because everyone can stopped the wasting water and they can learn about saving water for better future enhancment.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You discuss both sides of the proposal and give a clear final view that water should be charged for, so the response is relevant to the question. You also offer reasons, including concern about household waste and companies using water for commercial purposes. However, the position is not consistently clear: the opening says you will discuss “the pros and cons,” while your own view appears only in the conclusion. Some support is unclear or insufficiently explained, such as the claim that India’s large sea means people need not worry about clean water; seawater does not itself provide safe household water. Develop the reasons with more accurate examples and explain how charging would protect access while discouraging waste.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, paragraphs presenting opposing views, and a concluding opinion. Phrases such as “On the other hand” and “Overall” help signal the direction of the discussion. However, progression within paragraphs is often difficult to follow because several ideas are joined without clear relationships, and some references are vague—for example, “Which people are support” does not clearly identify whose view is being discussed. The introduction promises a discussion of pros and cons, but the body’s organisation and the final position do not consistently guide the reader toward your argument. Use topic sentences that state each paragraph’s main point, then explain and illustrate it in a logical order.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.5
You attempt vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “free of charge,” “public area,” “business production,” and “saving water.” However, the range is limited and several word choices, forms, and spellings make the meaning less clear. Examples include “assential,” “benifical,” “needly people,” and “chargable”; phrases such as “waste of water” and “water continues dropped” are also not natural English. Repetition of “water,” “people,” and “free” further limits precision. Build a reliable set of topic vocabulary and check spelling and collocations. More accurate expressions such as “low-income households,” “water wastage,” and “commercial use” would help you express your ideas more clearly.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
You try to connect ideas in longer sentences using words such as “so,” “while,” and “because,” but the range of sentence structures remains limited, and many attempts at complex sentences are faulty. Errors in verb forms and agreement occur throughout, as in “It become” and “some people are believe.” Other examples include “water supply have not free of charge” and “people can stopped,” where the verb pattern is incorrect. Articles, plurals, and sentence punctuation are also inconsistent, making some relationships between ideas hard to follow. Practise building accurate simple sentences first, then combine them with one clear subordinate clause. Check subject–verb agreement, verb forms after modal verbs, and sentence boundaries during revision.
