Student answer (Band 5.5)
There are several human rights and access to the clean drinkinable water in also included in that basic human rights.I totally agree with the statement that this basic right should be delivered to every single human-being for free of cost.
A human-being needs few basic things to survive on this planet earth and clean drinking water is one of those basic needs on which an individual relay to survive.Clean water is a basic right of people but unfortunately, people now have to pay to get drinking water because the water resourse are getting damage.Water is a blessing of God and it should be supplied for free.Drinking dirty water causes in result of many fetal diseases which are found in people. To get clean drinkable water for free every individual should have to play there role in saving natural water resourses. In many developed cities citizens have to pay a huge amount to get water because there are very few resourses of clean water left in crowded cities. For example, the big cities of Pakistan such as,Islamabad,Lahore and Karachi people have to pay monthly bills for water they use.On other hand, peope who are living in noethren areas of Pakistan and Punjab they have free access to clean water and the main reason behinde this difference is that people living in big cities have not enough natural water resourses as compared to people who living in Punjab and Northren atreas of Pakistan. So this problem should be solved and serious steps should be taken to save the water resourses. And every citzen should have to participate in solving this problem. There is 71% of water on earth and there is just 3% of total water is able to drink.
Consumtion of dirty water is injurious and the outcomes can be harmful.People in big cities are paying for the water which is not even fresh at all.And they are taking risk of serious health issues by using water which was stored for long period and then supplied to them.
To conclude,I will say that clean water is a basic human right and every individual should get this right for free of cost. And peopel should also play role to prot

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
Your position is clear from the opening: you agree that clean water should be provided free of charge, and you return to this view in the conclusion. You give relevant reasons, including the health risks of dirty water and unequal access between large cities and less urban areas, with examples from Pakistan. However, the response does not fully explain how free household supply could be provided or funded, and the point that citizens should help conserve water is not clearly connected to whether supply should be free. The statistic about the proportion of drinkable water is also introduced without showing how it supports your argument. Develop these points with clearer explanations and a more specific example to address the issue more fully.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has an identifiable overall structure: it states your view, gives supporting reasons and examples, and ends with a conclusion. The examples about cities and rural areas help readers follow the main argument. However, most of the discussion is placed in one long paragraph, so the shifts between human rights, water scarcity, regional access and health risks are difficult to track. Some links are also mechanical or unclear, such as “On other hand,” and “So this problem should be solved,” which does not specify the problem. Use separate paragraphs for distinct reasons and make each transition show the relationship between ideas. Clearer referencing and a more focused sequence would make the progression easier to follow.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use relevant topic vocabulary, including “basic human rights,” “natural water resources,” “health issues” and “clean water,” so the subject is generally understandable. However, the range is limited and several inaccurate word choices or spellings make the writing less clear, including “drinkinable,” “fetal diseases,” “relay,” and “resourses.” Some phrases are also unnatural, such as “for free of cost” and “water resources are getting damage.” Aim for accurate collocations and check spelling carefully; this will help you express the argument more precisely. You can also avoid repeating “basic right” and “clean water” by using suitable alternatives such as “essential service” or “safe drinking water.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and longer sentence forms, and the reader can usually identify your main position and reasons. However, control is inconsistent, particularly in long sentences that combine several ideas. For example, “In many developed cities citizens have to pay a huge amount to get water because there are very few…” continues into a lengthy comparison without clear sentence boundaries. There are also errors in articles, agreement and sentence construction, as in “there is just 3% of total water is able to drink” and “every individual should have to play there role.” Use shorter, complete sentences when presenting examples, and practise accurate subject–verb agreement, articles and clause structure. This will make your meaning more reliable.
