Student answer (Band 5.5)
It is a basic human right of each citizen to get clean and drinkable water that is why it is duty of government to provide non-conteminated water to every single house free of cost.Personally i agree with it because a good health is always been a priority of each person,And getting of clean water without any contemination is basic human right so it should be free for every person.
The availablity of pure water is the basic fundamental right of every single person in this world. By providing pure water to the people will make them less prone to any bacterial or viral infections and diseases. It is more important to understand that especially childrens who are more expose to diseases and have very weak immune system should be provided with clean and pure water. For example: if any child with age of 1 to 10 years drinks any conteminated water it would cause them some serious diseases like hypatitus, dierea or even worst things we could imagine.
Furthemore, a good health is always been important for every person. it should not be discriminated over money that those who can't pay for clean water should be kept away from it and those who can pay would be provided with it,I think this is such a bad kind of discrimination. So government should make sure to provide clean and pure water to their citizens.for example: It is a basic human right to get fresh air without any payment.
in a nutshell, it is a basic human right to get pure water so they could get rid of diseases which may cause to them from impurities present in water. As well as the supply of pure water should be made free of cost to every citizen.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
Your position is clear: you agree that clean water should be supplied to every home without charge, and you give relevant reasons, particularly protecting health and preventing discrimination against people who cannot afford it. The example about children and waterborne illness helps illustrate the health argument. However, the ideas remain limited and are not fully developed. The comparison with fresh air does not explain how water provision could be funded or why free household supply is preferable to a basic free allowance. The conclusion repeats the main claim rather than drawing the reasons together. Develop each reason with a clearer explanation and a specific, relevant example to address the task more fully.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has an identifiable introduction, two body paragraphs and a conclusion, and the reader can follow the broad sequence from health benefits to fairness. You also use signposts such as “Furthermore” and “In a nutshell.” However, progression within paragraphs is sometimes weak: the fresh-air comparison is added without a clear link to the argument about affordability, and several points about water being a basic right are repeated. Some linking is mechanical, especially the repeated use of “For example,” while punctuation and sentence boundaries make connections harder to follow. Organise each body paragraph around one distinct reason, then explain and illustrate it before moving to the next point.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use relevant vocabulary for the topic, including “human right,” “immune system,” “bacterial or viral infections,” and “discrimination.” These choices show an attempt to discuss health and fairness rather than relying only on very basic terms. However, the range is limited and several words or phrases are repeated, particularly “pure water,” “clean water,” and “basic human right.” Noticeable spelling errors such as “availablity,” “conteminated,” “hypatitus,” and “dierea” reduce accuracy and may make some details difficult to understand. There are also unnatural combinations, including “good health is always been a priority.” Build a more precise range and check spelling and collocations carefully.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple statements and longer sentences with reasons and examples, so there is some variety in structure. However, complex sentences are often faulty, and frequent errors affect clarity. For example, “By providing pure water to the people will make them less prone” has an incorrect sentence structure; “a good health is always been” combines an incorrect article with an incorrect verb form; and “those who can pay would be provided with it” shifts awkwardly between conditional forms. Sentence boundaries and capitalization are also inconsistent, as in “cost.Personally” and “person,And.” Practise forming complete clauses, maintaining consistent verb forms, and using articles and punctuation accurately.
