Student answer (Band 5.0)
Water is the basic need and its essential to perform the several function in human body. The human body consist 60 to 70% portion of their total body weight on water. And the access to safe and clean water is right of everyone. In home the basic ingrendient is water, for everyone healthy life. If don't access the cleanwater to everybody the waterborne disease rise everday for example cholera , thyphoid etc. In developing countries it's already the biggest impact on human health especially in thoes areas, where inadequate sanitation and lack of clean water.
If every home provided the clean water free of cost, it's directly effect the country econoimic. Let me explain, it with an example, in factories several workers if they don't acces the clean and safe water at home, they ill and if ill, it's effect tthe factory production which link to economic condition of the counytry.
if access to clean water free of cost humans have access to clean water and reduced the number of waterborne diseases and government less invest on health, if everyone have access clean water, everyone healthy, because 80% disease arise from water either it cholera, typhoid, malaria, bacillary dysentary etc. So, basic clean water everone right and its boosst the econimic condition of the country.
if sum of all, its very important to takecare public healthy, and it only depend if they access clen water free of cost so easy access to everone on it. Clean water, everone healthy, country growth.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You take a clear position in favour of free access to clean water, and you give relevant reasons, including preventing waterborne illness and protecting workers’ health and the economy. The examples of cholera and typhoid help connect the issue to public health. However, the response only partly develops the task: it does not consider why water should be free specifically, such as affordability or how the cost might be funded, and the factory example is difficult to follow. Some claims, such as “80% disease arise from water,” are broad and unsupported. To strengthen the response, explain your main reasons more fully and make the link between free household supply and each claimed benefit explicit.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
There is some organisation: the opening introduces the importance of water, later sections discuss health and economic effects, and the final lines restate your view. Basic linking expressions such as “for example,” “Let me explain,” and “So” show an effort to connect ideas. However, progression is not consistently clear. Several points are repeated, particularly that clean water improves health, while the economic example is compressed into one difficult-to-follow sentence. Paragraphing and transitions do not clearly separate the argument’s stages, and the conclusion adds little beyond repetition. Group each main reason into a distinct paragraph, use clear topic sentences, and make references such as “it” and “they” unambiguous.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use relevant topic vocabulary, including “clean water,” “waterborne disease,” “sanitation,” “cholera,” and “production,” so the reader can identify the subject and your main concerns. There are also attempts at more formal phrasing, such as “economic condition.” However, the range is limited and several word choices, forms, and spellings are inaccurate or repetitive, including “basic ingrendient,” “ill,” “public healthy,” and “boosst.” These errors sometimes make the intended meaning harder to understand, as in “the biggest impact on human health.” Build a more accurate set of collocations for health, access, and public services, and check spelling and word forms carefully.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
You attempt both simple statements and longer cause-and-effect sentences, for example, “If every home provided the clean water free of cost, it's directly effect the country…” This shows an effort to express relationships between ideas, but control is weak: many sentences contain errors in verb forms, agreement, articles, and sentence construction. Examples include “The human body consist,” “If don't access,” and “everyone have access.” Some fragments, such as “And the access to safe and clean water is right of everyone,” also interrupt the flow. Use a reliable simple sentence pattern first, then add subordinate clauses only when you can control their grammar. Review subject–verb agreement, articles, and complete sentence structure.
