Student answer (Band 5.5)
Water is basic nessescity of every individual, so I reckon that supply of water should be given to every house. I totally agree with this statement and i will explain my view point with illustration below in breiaf.
To begin with, the primary reason why I agree with this view is that drinking water is play a very prominet role is every individual life to stay them healty and alive. For intance, Most of the doctor and WHO issued the guidlines of 7-8 glass of water a day helps to work body efficently. As a result a hydrate body which help them to detoxify their bodybody, also play significant role in blood cirulation and for glowing skin.
In additions to this, another significant argument in favour of this position is this that water play very significant role is agriculture sector as well whether is big famrmer samll or an indivdual. For example, now a days there are noticeable starvacy and hunger in the country access of water supply will not only hlep to larger producer of agriculture but also help people to procude vegetables fruits to an indviduals. As a result, pepole have enough food for themeselve and that would be more organic and rich in nutirent.
"In conclusion, I firmly agree that water supply should be granted to each house as this is the ordinary right of every individual. This is because water is playing a vital role every persons life to stay them healty and secondly agriculture would not be done without the water.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
Your position is clear from the introduction—“I totally agree”—and remains consistent in the conclusion. You give two relevant reasons: water is essential for health, and it supports agriculture and food production. The examples about daily water consumption and growing vegetables and fruit help explain these points. However, the response does not fully address the key issue of whether household water should be provided free of charge: most of the discussion explains why water is important, rather than why it should be free or how free provision could work. The health and farming arguments are also asserted more than developed. To strengthen the response, explain the link between access as a right and removing charges, and support each reason with a more specific example or explanation.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5
The response has a clear overall structure: an introduction, two body paragraphs presenting separate reasons, and a conclusion. Signposting such as “To begin with,” “In addition to this,” and “In conclusion” makes the progression easy to follow, and the reader can identify your main position. This meets the lower-band expectation of coherent organisation and shows some of the flexibility associated with stronger cohesion. However, the linking phrases are somewhat formulaic, and connections within the paragraphs are occasionally unclear—for example, the move from water’s role in health to “glowing skin” is not fully explained. Some references, such as “this” in “this is that water,” are awkward. Use more precise links between claims and examples, and make each paragraph develop one central point step by step.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use enough topic-related vocabulary to communicate your main ideas, including “drinking water,” “agriculture sector,” “starvation and hunger,” and “nutrient-rich.” There are also attempts at more specific language, such as “detoxify” and “blood circulation.” However, the range is limited and several spelling and word-choice errors make parts of the response difficult to understand, including “basic nessescity,” “prominet,” “starvacy,” and “procude.” Some combinations are unnatural, such as “larger producer of agriculture” and “granted to each house.” These issues fit a level where vocabulary is minimally adequate but noticeable errors can cause difficulty. Build accuracy by checking spelling and learning common collocations, such as “agricultural production” and “provide households with water.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentence forms, including a reason clause beginning “the primary reason why” and a result clause introduced by “As a result.” This gives the response some structural variety. However, control is inconsistent, and errors in verb forms, agreement, articles, and sentence construction often make the wording difficult to follow. For example, “drinking water is play a very prominent role” combines incompatible verb forms, while “Most of the doctor … helps” has problems with number and agreement. The conclusion’s “water is playing a vital role every persons life” also needs a clearer grammatical structure. Practise forming accurate subject–verb patterns and checking each sentence for a complete clause; simpler, correct sentences would improve clarity while you build confidence with complex structures.
