The basic need of life is water.Water is the most pretigeous thing of the world. If there is no water on earth there is no life more.Water is a life we have to save it.There is nothing most valuable then water.Access clean water for drinking is a basic human right.I agree with the given statament that clean water is a basic need of human.Human cannot live without fresh water. If fresh water is not accessable to human it may cause many diseases like dieherria etc.
There are many reasons for providing fresh water to human. To provide a fresh water is a basic human right. In my countary Pakistan clean water is not provided for humans and it is a big problem. For many years Pakistani government cannot solve this issue. In big cities like lahore, multan, karachi and rawalpindi clean water is provided to humans but in rular areas of Pakistan clean water is not provided to many human. The big reason is that if people drink dirty water it become unhealthy and dirty water causes many severe diseases. These diseases cause heartattack, liver transplant and kidney infection.
Moreover, every home should have a water supply of clean water for drinking, cleaning clothes, cooking and cleaning homes. As we all know water is a basis need for human lives and also for all the creatures that Allah almighty have been created. In my opinion, provide clean water to every home is a basic right of human beings.Every home should have a water supply without any charges.
In concluion, water is a basic need of human and it is provided to it without any charges but in many countries like india water is privided with additional charges.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
Your position is clear: you agree that every home should receive clean water without charge, and you give relevant reasons, including the health risks of unsafe water and unequal access in rural Pakistan. The country-specific example helps connect the issue to real circumstances. However, the response only partly develops the argument. The claim that dirty water causes “heartattack, liver transplant and kidney infection” is unclear and would be stronger with accurate, explained examples. You also mention water for cooking and cleaning, but do not explain why these uses should be free or address how the service could be funded. Develop two or three reasons with clearer support and keep the focus on the proposal in the question.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, paragraphs about access and household uses, and a conclusion. Connectors such as “Moreover” and “In conclusion” help signal movement between points. However, progression is uneven: the opening repeats that water is essential several times before presenting the argument, and the final comparison with India is introduced without explanation. Some ideas are placed together without a clear link, particularly the list of diseases and the discussion of rural access. Use each paragraph to develop one main point, remove repeated statements, and make the relationship between examples and claims explicit. Clearer referencing would also help readers follow who receives or pays for the water.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.5
You use relevant topic vocabulary, including “clean water,” “basic human right,” “rural areas,” and “diseases,” so the main subject is generally understandable. However, the range is limited and several words or phrases are repeated, especially “water,” “basic need,” and “provided.” There are also frequent spelling and word-choice problems, such as “pretigeous,” “statament,” “accessable,” and “rular,” which make the writing less clear and natural. Some combinations are awkward, for example “a water supply of clean water” and “water is a life.” Build a more precise set of topic expressions and check spelling and collocations; choose words that express the intended meaning rather than relying on repeated general terms.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
Most sentences use simple patterns, and you attempt some longer structures, such as “If fresh water is not accessable to human it may cause many diseases.” However, these attempts often contain errors in sentence formation, agreement, articles, and punctuation. For example, “If there is no water on earth there is no life more” needs a clearer clause structure, while “These diseases cause…” does not accurately connect the stated causes and effects. The sentence beginning “As we all know” also has an incomplete or faulty relative clause. Full stops are often missing after sentences, and spacing around punctuation is inconsistent. Practise accurate simple sentences first, then add subordinate clauses and check subject–verb agreement and sentence boundaries.
