YES, I am agree with you that clean water is a basic human right . Drinking clean water is very important for our health because dirty water contain a lot of germs and bacteria which caused alot of diseces . Yes , every home should have a facility of water supply that must be free of charge .There are different people which belong to different classes some have enough money to afford water suppply facilty but some people did not have enough moneyy to efford it . Goveronment should provide free of cost water supply in order to give them clean water which is the basic right of every citizen living in their govermnent rules. Health matter the most so clean water is act as medicine for some people who are just drinking the dirty water because they do nat have facility of drinking water supply.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0

Your position is clear: you agree that households should receive clean water without charge, and you give relevant reasons about health, affordability and government responsibility. The Pakistan example, including rural areas near Karachi where residents may become ill or pay to buy water, helps connect the argument to a real context. This addresses the main parts of the question. However, some points are asserted rather than fully explained: for example, the claim that clean water “is act as medicine” could be developed by explaining how reliable access prevents waterborne illness. The example also needs clearer detail about how free provision would work. Extending these ideas and linking each example directly to your position would make the argument more complete.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0

The response has an identifiable progression from your opinion and health rationale to a local example and a concluding statement. The example about rural Karachi is relevant and gives the discussion a practical focus. However, the writing is presented as one long paragraph, so the stages of the argument are not clearly separated. Several links are also repetitive or awkward, such as “Yes” and “As there is no proper system,” while “As concerened about the example” does not smoothly introduce the example. Use separate paragraphs for the position and reasons, the example, and the conclusion. Clearer transitions such as “For instance” and “As a result” would help readers follow how the evidence supports your view.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use relevant topic vocabulary, including “basic human right,” “germs and bacteria,” “water supply system,” and “government duty,” so the central meaning is generally understandable. However, the range is limited and several words or phrases are repeated, especially “water supply” and “clean water.” There are also noticeable spelling and word-choice problems, including “diseces,” “efford,” “remained ill,” and “healtheir life.” Some combinations are unnatural, such as “facility of water supply” and “free of cost water supply,” which can make the argument less clear. Build a more precise set of expressions for access, affordability and public health, and check spelling and collocations when editing.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple statements and longer sentences with reasons, such as the sentence explaining that dirty water contains germs and bacteria. This shows an effort to connect ideas rather than relying only on short sentences. However, control is uneven: “I am agree” should be “I agree,” “dirty water contain” needs subject–verb agreement, and “which caused” does not fit the present-tense meaning. Some sentence patterns are incomplete or difficult to follow, as in “Health matter the most so clean water is act as medicine.” Punctuation and spacing around sentence boundaries are also inconsistent. Practise accurate present-tense clauses and use a few controlled complex structures, checking agreement and verb forms in each sentence.
