Student answer (Band 6.0)
It is argued that, clean water should be provide for free of charge for every home, because it is a human right. I completely agree with the statement.
There is number of reason why i believe clean water should be supply from home to home for free of cost. One possible reason is everyone need clean water for consumption not only that water also needed for cooking, drinking, and also for personal cleanliness. In fact , this will also helps us to mitigate diseases like corella, e-coli, and diarrhea, while clean water also play a major role for leading a heathy life. Furthermore, some people are not financially fortune for this reasons they cannot access fresh water, if the fresh water provided for all of the people without charges, financially suffered people can get maximum benefits out of it. Without the government involvement, none of these can be possible.
In addition, by providing free water it will break the inequality among people because not only wealthy people getting the advantage but also poor people also getting the same treatment it will break the social inequality and balance the society. Moreover, if government start a project that will deliver water to those people who are not getting enough supply of clean water this will create employment for many people. For instance, people who are suffering from not getting enough clean water government could deliver water by water truck this will create some opportunities for other people.
In conclusion, considering all the factors discuss above, i believe that providing pure clean water will make a massive impact to human life and it also a basic human needs.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.5
Your position is clear from the introduction—“I completely agree”—and remains consistent in the conclusion. You give relevant reasons, including health, affordability for poorer households, reduced inequality, and possible employment from water-delivery projects. These points address the question and show the beginnings of a developed argument. However, some are asserted rather than fully explained: for example, the employment point is brief, and the water-truck example does not clearly establish that every home should receive water free of charge. The health benefits could also be supported with a more specific example. To strengthen the response, explain how free provision could be funded and why it is preferable to affordable or subsidised access.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5
The response has a coherent overall structure: an introduction, two body paragraphs with distinct reasons, and a conclusion. Linking expressions such as “Furthermore,” “In addition,” and “Moreover” help signal the development of ideas. The progression from health and affordability to equality and employment is generally understandable. At times, however, connections between claims are not fully clear. The sentence beginning “In addition, by providing free water…” runs several related points together, and the shift from inequality to employment would benefit from a clearer explanation. Some linking phrases also feel mechanical because they introduce points without showing precisely how they relate. Use clearer topic sentences and divide long chains of ideas into shorter, logically connected sentences.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “human right,” “personal cleanliness,” “social inequality,” and “employment,” and the reader can generally understand your intended meaning. There are also attempts at more specific language, such as naming waterborne illnesses. However, word choice and collocation are often inaccurate or repetitive: “provided for free of charge,” “financially fortune,” and “maximum benefits out of it” are not natural expressions in this context. Spelling errors such as “corella” and “heathy” also reduce precision. Build a more reliable range of topic vocabulary and check common word partnerships; accurate phrases such as “free of charge,” “financially disadvantaged,” and “access to safe drinking water” would make the argument clearer and more natural.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and complex sentences, including clauses introduced by “because,” “if,” and “while,” so there is some structural variety. The main ideas remain understandable, but errors in verb forms, agreement, articles, and sentence boundaries are frequent enough to affect fluency. Examples include “clean water should be provide,” “There is number of reason,” and “this will also helps us.” The sentence beginning “In addition, by providing free water” also joins several independent ideas without clear punctuation. Practise subject–verb agreement and verb patterns, and check each sentence for a complete main clause. For example, “Everyone needs clean water for drinking and cooking” is a clearer, more accurate version of one of your points.
