Student answer (Band 4.5)
Water is basic needs of human. without water hauman can't survive in the world. clean water for the Drinking and washing some things is basic needs for the human. In the house people should drink water so many time per day it is the basic and comman needs of every human. Not only for human it is also important for the animals plants and other living benings who survive in the earth. clean water is the main problem for the storage accessive stroge can damege the water quality. Government should give the access of clean water for the human for drinking they can pure the water from the ponds, Rivers and Dams.
As far as human rights are concerns people have basic needs like water, cloths, foods, and selters. people can drink good water from the tap and some of boorwill and in the city people drink water from the government tap and one time come water in a day. Govrnment should provide the clean water for people for the fullfil their needs. people should implent the RO at home for the clean the water and also human do not waste water in home and other plases. taking the clean water is the basic need of the human. it has many cons of the wasting the clean water for the future genration.
I was tottaly disagree with every home should have a water supply that is provided free of charge . Because the free of charges water they are waste more by the human. implement the some charges on clean water due to less wastage of water in house and other places. it has become mandtory for the human to save water and save the earth. becuase water is not only human it was all the living bengings like animals, plants , insects, etc needs are their we should save water and save the Earth.
Concultion- Clean water is the basic needs of human but it has our moral responsibilty to save the water in the house and working places because water is the our future needs and save the livings bening.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
You address the topic and give a clear final position: you disagree with free household water because you believe charges would reduce waste. You also recognise that clean water is essential for people and other living things. However, the response only partially develops the task: much of the discussion explains why water matters, rather than weighing whether every home should receive a free supply. The claim that people waste more when water is free needs explanation or a relevant example, and the suggestion to charge for water could be balanced against access for households unable to pay. The conclusion repeats the need to save water but does not resolve this tension. The 13 words copied from the task prompt were not counted.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5
The response has a basic paragraph structure, moving from the importance of water to human rights, then to your disagreement and a conclusion. This gives the reader some sense of organisation. However, progression within paragraphs is often unclear: ideas about animals, water sources, household treatment and government provision are placed together without showing how they support the main argument. Linking phrases such as “As far as human rights are concerns” and “Because” do not always establish clear relationships, and “it” in “it has many cons” has no clear reference. Repetition of the need to save water also limits development. Group each paragraph around one reason and use clear links between claim, explanation and example.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.5
You use relevant topic vocabulary, including “basic human right,” “government tap,” “RO,” “waste water” and “future generation,” so the subject is generally recognisable. However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations make meaning difficult to follow, such as “storage accessive stroge,” “fullfil their needs” and “it has many cons of the wasting.” Spelling errors—including “hauman,” “boorwill,” “mandtory” and “genration”—are frequent enough to distract the reader. Some expressions are also imprecise, for example “one time come water in a day.” Build accuracy by learning common water-related collocations and checking spelling and word forms before submitting.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
Most sentences rely on simple patterns, and attempts to connect ideas into longer sentences are often inaccurate. For example, “clean water for the Drinking and washing some things is basic needs” has problems with sentence structure and subject–verb agreement, while “Because the free of charges water they are waste more” is not a complete, well-formed sentence. Articles, plurals and agreement are also inconsistent in phrases such as “the basic needs of human” and “water is not only human.” Capitalisation and punctuation are unreliable, including sentence openings such as “without water” and “people.” Practise building accurate simple sentences first, then combine them with controlled clauses using “because,” “although” and “so.”
