This may result in the elevated anxiety and stress in these people and trigger them towards convecting crimes.
In conclusion, every person's basic demand of water should be fulfilled without any charge or tax for the maintenance of sufficient sanitary condition, protection from various diseases and establishment of self-esteem.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 7.0
Your position is clear throughout: you agree that water should be supplied without charge, and you give relevant reasons concerning hygiene, disease prevention, and social equality. The first body paragraph explains how charges could restrict access for poorer households, while the second adds a social and psychological argument, supported by an example. This addresses the question and extends the main ideas. However, some claims are broad or not fully explained: the link between water charges and increased infections could be made more precise, and the example about a person not bathing for a month leading to crime is speculative. Develop this point with a more realistic explanation of how reliable access benefits households to strengthen the support for your position.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5
The response has a clear overall structure, moving from an introduction to two reason-based paragraphs and a conclusion. Ideas generally progress logically, and linking expressions such as “For instance,” “For example,” and “In conclusion” help signal the stages of the argument. This meets the lower-band expectation of coherent overall arrangement and shows some features of stronger progression. However, connections between claims are occasionally abrupt, particularly the move from self-esteem to anxiety and then crime. Some repeated references to “adequate water supply” and “basic” rights also make the development feel less flexible. Use clearer links that explain cause and effect, and make pronoun references and transitions more precise so the reader can follow each argument without having to infer the connection.
Lexical Resource: Band 6.0
You use an adequate range of topic-related vocabulary, including “fundamental human right,” “sanitary conditions,” “infectious diseases,” and “deprivation.” These choices allow you to discuss health and social consequences, and some less common terms show an effort to express ideas precisely. However, several word-choice and collocation errors reduce naturalness, such as “unlimited access of this basic facility,” “elevation in the occurance,” and “trigger them towards convecting crimes.” Spelling errors such as “mantain,” “occurance,” and “convecting” also affect accuracy. Aim for more natural combinations and check spelling carefully; for example, use “access to water,” “an increase in the incidence,” and “drive them to commit crimes.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 6.0
You use a mix of simple and complex sentence forms, including clauses with “Hence,” “For instance,” and “who,” and most of the argument remains understandable. Some grammatical errors occur, but they rarely prevent the reader from following your meaning. Examples include “This would allows,” where the modal should be followed by the base verb, and “a person … consider himself,” where the verb needs to agree with its singular subject. There are also issues with articles and sentence construction, as in “the maintenance and survival of all species on the earth” and “a person … consider himself a homeless.” To improve, check subject–verb agreement, verb forms after modals, and article use, while continuing to vary sentence structures.
