Student answer (Band 5.5)
In present period of time, Acces to clean water is a essential basic human right, And some people belive that every home should have a water supply for free and i totally agreed with this view because supply of clean water is mandatory for every house hold.
To begin with, clean water is necessary for human health people need clean water for drinking , in now a days it is hard to find clean water, most of people cannot afford to buy clean water so by using dirty water people may face many serious health issues like stomach pain and much more. Government has a major responsibility to provide clean water for every house hold, government should insured that every household has access to safe drinking water without having to pay for it. therefore for that government have to makestrick policies against water selling mafia and have to maintain accountability.
secondly by providing clean water supply for households that will be more helpful for low-income families so they can feel free from extra financial burden because in todays time many people already face finicial crisis along side searching food , housing , electricity. For example many families who are living in poverty could use the money that they can saved from paying water bills into childern education. As a result, a free clean water supply could improve overall human life.
In conclusion, i strongly believe that every household should receive free clean water , because it prevent many health issues and promote healthy life.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.5
Your position is clear from the opening and conclusion: you fully agree that households should receive clean water free of charge. You give two relevant reasons—protecting health and easing the financial pressure on low-income families—and the example of using saved money for children’s education helps make the second point concrete. This meets the task well. However, the health argument is more fully explained than the affordability argument, and some claims remain broad, such as saying that many people cannot afford clean water. To move further, explain how free provision could be funded or managed, and develop the example with a clearer link to the benefits of universal access. Your response addresses the question, but some ideas need fuller support.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, two body paragraphs signposted by “To begin with” and “secondly,” and a conclusion that restates your position. The ideas generally progress from health benefits to financial benefits, so the overall arrangement is coherent. However, some links are mechanical or unclear. For example, “therefore for that” repeats the same linking function, while “secondly by providing clean water supply for households that will be more helpful” does not clearly connect its opening phrase to the main claim. Several sentences also run together, making relationships between ideas harder to follow. Use fewer, more precise transitions and divide long sentences into clear units; this would make the progression smoother and the referencing easier to follow.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use relevant topic vocabulary, including “clean water,” “health issues,” “low-income families,” and “financial burden,” which allows you to communicate the main points. There are also attempts at more specific language, such as “accountability” and “water selling mafia.” However, the range is limited and several word-choice, collocation, and spelling errors are noticeable: “in present period of time,” “finicial crisis,” and “makestrick policies” are unclear or inaccurate. Repetition of “clean water,” “government,” and “household” also limits flexibility. Aim to learn accurate phrases as complete units—for example, “access to safe drinking water” and “enforce strict regulations”—and check spelling carefully. More precise vocabulary would make your arguments clearer and more natural.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more extended sentence forms, including a reason clause in “because supply of clean water is mandatory” and a result clause beginning “so they can feel free from extra financial burden.” The main message is usually understandable, but control is inconsistent. Examples include “a essential basic human right,” “I totally agreed,” “government have to,” and “it prevent,” where articles, verb forms, or subject–verb agreement are inaccurate. Some sentences also combine several clauses without clear punctuation, as in the opening and the health paragraph, which makes them difficult to process. Practise checking each sentence for a clear subject and verb, correct agreement, and appropriate articles, then use full stops to separate complete ideas. This will improve accuracy while preserving your attempts at complex structures.
