Student answer (Band 5.0)
The question of whether access to clean water is a basic human right is beneficial or detrimental for the new generation has become a subject of significant debate. While some argue that every house should have a water facility that is given with charges,I personally believe that access of clean water to every home must be free of cost. This essay will examine both perspectives to demonstrate why clean water should be deliver to every house is their basic human right and why it should deliver free of cost.
To begin with, the primary argument in favor of why clean water is the basic need for humans because this is important basic part for the health of future generation because without clean water people will suffer from high level of health diseases and genetic issues, which demonstrates that to save the future of health sector.
On the other hand, another perspective is that if people dont have the facility of clean water humankind will suffer from highly impectable health issues which cause rise of health diseases. This will became a general problem for world.A clear example of this is people who live in desert dont have the access of clear water which become cause of abnormal childern deliveries.
In conclusion, while both sides have merit, I firmly believe that the access of clean water to every home must be free of cost and clean.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5
Your position is stated: you believe clean water should be free, and you attempt to give reasons related to health. However, the response only partially addresses the task. The opening introduces a debate about whether water access is beneficial or detrimental to the “new generation,” rather than directly framing the question of whether every household should receive a free supply. The body paragraphs repeat health consequences but do not explain the opposing view or develop why the service should be free rather than simply available. The example about desert residents and childbirth is unclear and unsupported. The response is also 28 words below the 250-word minimum; the nine words copied from the prompt are excluded. Develop distinct reasons and explain them with relevant examples.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
There is a basic essay shape, with an introduction, two body paragraphs signalled by “To begin with” and “On the other hand,” and a conclusion. These markers help readers recognise the intended sections. However, the ideas do not progress clearly: both body paragraphs largely repeat that lack of clean water causes health problems, and the second paragraph does not establish a contrasting perspective despite its opening phrase. Some links are difficult to follow, particularly “which demonstrates that to save the future of health sector.” The conclusion restates the position but adds little synthesis. To improve, give each paragraph one distinct purpose, connect each claim to its explanation or example, and use linking phrases only when the relationship between ideas is genuinely clear.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some topic-related vocabulary, including “basic human right,” “health,” “future generation,” and “access,” so the reader can identify the general subject. However, the range is limited and several inaccurate or unnatural choices make meaning unclear. For example, “water facility that is given with charges” does not express a water supply provided free of charge, while “highly impectable health issues” and “clear water” are unsuitable or unclear in context. Spelling errors such as “childern” and “dont” also reduce accuracy. Aim for precise, natural collocations and check word forms and spelling. Reusing a smaller set of accurate terms, such as “safe drinking water” and “water supply,” would be clearer than attempting uncertain expressions.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including a concession in “While some argue…” and a relative clause in “people who live in desert…”. However, the complex structures are often faulty, and errors occur frequently enough to make some sentences difficult to understand. For example, “why clean water should be deliver to every house is their basic human right” has problems with verb form and sentence structure; “This will became” uses an incorrect verb form; and “people dont have the facility… humankind will suffer” needs clearer clause structure and punctuation. There are also missing articles and inconsistent spacing around punctuation. Practise building accurate subject–verb sentences first, then add subordinate clauses, checking verb forms, articles, and sentence boundaries.
