Nowadays clean water is one of the mst significant necessities of hiuman life.some people argue that every househod should receive a free water supply because clean water is a basic human right.as for i am concerned with this because water is very essential for health and everyone should have equal accses to it . On the one hand water is important maintaning good health.People use water for drinking, cooking, cleaning and bathing. If cannot afford to pay for water so they use dirty water which cause the some serious various disease.Inpoor areas people suffer from many serious problem because they cannot use clean water.Therefor providing free water can help the public health. On the other hand free water can reduse the financial burden on poor families. Many people already sttrugle for food electricity bill gas bill and other basic needs. If government provide certain amount of water free so people can solve the problem more easily. However people should not waste waterbecause it is free. The government should encourage the people to use water carefully and protect this valueable resourse. In conclusion it contention that water is the basic need for everyone and government should provide water freely.because water is the blessing from Allah. We should not waste water and value it.It is very presious we could not breath without water.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5

Your position is clear: you support free water provision, and you give relevant reasons about health and the financial pressure on poorer households. The examples of drinking, cooking and cleaning help explain why water is essential, while the point about dirty water links access to public health. However, these ideas are only briefly developed, and the response does not fully explore how a free supply should work or address possible costs and conservation in enough detail. The statement that people should use water carefully is relevant, but it is not developed into a clear qualification of your position. The response is also 37 words below the required minimum, which limits the space available to explain and support your arguments.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0

The response has a recognisable overall structure: an introduction, two body paragraphs presenting related reasons, and a conclusion. The contrast between “On the one hand” and “On the other hand” helps signal the organisation, and the main ideas generally follow a sensible order. However, the first body paragraph focuses on health and the second on household finances, but links within sentences are sometimes unclear, as in “If cannot afford to pay for water so they use dirty water.” Some transitions, including “However,” introduce a point without fully explaining its relationship to the preceding claim. Paragraphing is appropriate, but clearer sentence-to-sentence connections and more precise referencing would make the progression smoother and less mechanical.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use enough topic-related vocabulary to communicate the main argument, including “basic human right,” “financial burden,” “public health,” and “protect this valuable resource.” These phrases show an attempt to discuss both access and responsible use. However, the range is limited and several spelling and word-choice errors make the writing less clear, such as “mst significant,” “accses,” “reduc[e],” and “presious.” Some expressions are also unnatural or imprecise: “solve the problem more easily” does not specify what problem, and “water is the blessing from Allah” is not expressed in a natural academic style. Aim to check spelling carefully and choose precise collocations, for example, “ease financial pressure” rather than “solve the problem.”

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and more complex sentence forms, including a conditional idea about people who cannot afford water and a contrast introduced by “However.” Nevertheless, the range is limited, and errors in sentence construction and basic grammar occur often enough to make some sentences difficult to follow. For example, “If cannot afford to pay for water so they use dirty water” lacks a clear subject and has an incorrect clause connection; “If government provide” also needs an article and correct subject–verb agreement. There are problems with articles, plurals and punctuation, including the run-on opening and conclusion. Practise building complete clauses with clear subjects and verbs, then check agreement and sentence boundaries.
