Yes ,I agree with this access to clean water is basic human right.Basically water is the basic need of every life .Without water no one could stay alive for a single day might be but the science says a different point on it .So,therefore clean water is the basic human right

As ,I premention water is neccssary for every life on the earth to stay alive .There are other multiple use of water in the life of everyone .For example if we do not have clean water to drink so we might suffer from lot of diseases .On the other hand if some one charge us to gave us clean water then it become really hard in our life .

If we don't get fresh water free without no chargers so we might have to pay to get water to make our self look clean ,stay clean and healthy because water is neccssary to take bath .If we pay to just take a bath then we might got lot's of problems in our fincail life .

Water is also used in cooking .So if we don't get fresh water so we can not eat fresh and stay fresh .Then we have to pay to get fresh water to make your food eatable .

So in conculsion Fresh water is te basic need of the human life to stay healthy .It is the basic human right to get free dirnkable and fresh water from the goverment .

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0

Your position is clear: you agree that households should receive clean water without charge, and you give relevant reasons involving drinking, hygiene and cooking. These examples show an understanding of the topic. However, the response addresses the task only partially because the reasons are mostly asserted rather than explained or supported with a specific example. The opening also introduces an unclear contrast—“the science says a different point”—without explaining what this means. Your conclusion repeats your view but does not add a developed final point. The response is four words below the required minimum. To strengthen the answer, explain how free provision could protect people who cannot afford water and support this with a concrete example or qualification.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0

The response has a basic structure, with an opening, separate paragraphs about drinking, bathing and cooking, and a concluding paragraph. This makes the main position and examples reasonably easy to identify. However, there is little overall progression: the body paragraphs repeat the same claim that people would have to pay, rather than building a connected argument. Linking expressions such as “On the other hand,” “So” and “So in conclusion” are used mechanically or do not show a clear contrast. Some sentences also run together, making relationships between ideas less clear. Organise the body around distinct reasons, use linking phrases only when their meaning fits, and connect each example explicitly to your argument.

Lexical Resource: Band 4.5

You use enough basic topic vocabulary to communicate the central ideas, including “clean water,” “diseases,” “cooking” and “healthy.” However, the range is limited and several words or phrases are repeated, especially “fresh water,” “pay” and “basic.” There are also noticeable spelling and word-choice problems, such as “neccssary,” “fincail,” “dirnkable” and “chargers,” which can make the reader pause. Some expressions are unnatural, including “make our self look clean” and “make your food eatable.” Build a more precise set of topic phrases and check spelling and collocations; for example, describe water as “safe to drink” and explain that households may “struggle to afford” it.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple statements and longer sentences, and the main message is generally understandable. However, the range of sentence structures is limited, and attempts to combine ideas often produce frequent errors. Examples include “if some one charge us,” where the conditional clause needs a correctly formed verb, and “then it become really hard,” where the subject and verb do not agree. Articles and sentence boundaries are also inconsistent, as in “water is basic human right” and the opening, where several sentences are joined without appropriate spacing or punctuation. Practise accurate subject–verb agreement, articles and conditional forms, then use full stops to separate complete ideas before attempting longer sentences.
