Student answer (Band 5.0)
Access to clean water is a fundamental human right and every home should be provide water supply without charge. In my opinion, I strongly believe that therefore every residences should have water supply that is provided totaly free, because clean water is a fundamental human right .
On the one hand, clean water is necessary for maintaining good health and preventing diseases. In addition, many people strugle for their family and can not collection pure clean water for his family because they are very poor, facinig financial problems. Moreover, if the government should forword solve this issues due to this problems is biggest in our countries people. For example, people facing problems such drinking water, cleaning, bathroom, washing and cooking is very need every day work. As a result, this policy is very important to reduce the issues and is improving better quilty life in our country.
On the other hand, providing free water can reduce many difficulties, low income many people strugle for his family members different kinds of disease and save water assist imporve better life. Forthermore, every home should water supply without charge more benefical our low income people beacuse countries large number of communities needs save water for good. For instance, many people using lots of money such as education, healthcare, living families. So, free save water can reduce diseases and people become more satisfied for quilty full life.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
You take a clear position in favour of free household water, and the points about health, poverty and everyday needs are relevant to the question. However, the response addresses the issue only partially because it does not explain what “free” provision would involve or consider how it could be funded and managed. Several points are repeated rather than developed: the references to disease, low-income families and a better quality of life need clearer explanation and specific support. The example listing drinking, cleaning, bathing, washing and cooking identifies essential uses, but does not show how free supply would address the problem. Develop two main reasons with a clear explanation or example for each, and maintain your position consistently.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
The response has an introduction, two body paragraphs signalled by “On the one hand” and “On the other hand,” and a conclusion, so there is some visible organisation. However, the ideas do not progress clearly within the paragraphs: several claims about poverty, disease and quality of life are placed together without showing how one leads to the next. Linking phrases such as “Moreover,” “Furthermore” and “As a result” are used, but sometimes the relationship they signal is unclear. The second body paragraph also repeats the first paragraph’s points rather than adding a distinct argument. Organise each paragraph around one main idea, then explain and illustrate it, using references such as “these costs” or “this support” to make connections clearer.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some relevant topic vocabulary, including “fundamental human right,” “financial problems,” “low income” and “diseases,” which helps communicate the general subject. However, the range is limited and several phrases are repeated, particularly “without charge,” “people struggle” and “better life.” Frequent spelling and word-choice problems sometimes make the intended meaning difficult to follow, as in “totaly,” “quilty,” “save water” and “collection pure clean water.” Some combinations are also unnatural, such as “people become more satisfied for quilty full life.” Build a more accurate set of phrases for discussing access, affordability and public services, and check spelling and collocations. For example, distinguish “free water supply” from “water conservation,” which have different meanings.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and longer sentences, and the response uses basic connectors to join ideas. However, the range of structures is limited, and attempts at complex sentences are often faulty, which can make relationships between ideas hard to understand. For example, “every home should be provide water supply” has an incorrect verb form, while “if the government should forword solve this issues due to this problems is biggest” lacks a workable clause structure. There are also recurring problems with articles, agreement and plurals, as in “every residences” and “this issues.” Practise building accurate subject–verb–object sentences first, then add one subordinate clause at a time. Check verb forms after modal verbs and ensure each sentence has a clear main clause.
