Student answer (Band 5.5)
Water hygiene is essential for overall well-being. Access to clean water is a basic human right. Therefore, every home should have a water supply which is provided free of cost. I completely agree with the statement of providing pure hydration to the resident is basic human right. This essay will be in the favour of tax payers for having clean and pure water.
Firstly, clean water prevents from many diseases. Better health leads to the productive population. Pure water preclude the variety of micro-organisms which in-turn leads to the good health. Government should provide an access to the clean water so it can decrease the ratio of water contaminated diseases. Moreover, initiative of government supplying clean water without charging a single penny will influence other nations to do the same for their inhabitants.
Another, view is that people should do some extra effort to help people in charge to facilitate them with whats good for them. For instance, those who can afford stand on front foot with the legislation and help with financial, moral and basic support. People support, helps government built up new water plants and other neccesary machinery required to keep the continuous supply of clean water in houses. Less economic burden and polulation support encourges health ministry to grant water free of any danger, as contaminated water leads to various hazadous health problems.
To sum up, it is a basic human right to have a good quality of food and water. To some extent it is government responsibilty for keeping check and balance on variety of health related issues. And there is also residents duty to pay the government at least few to manage the whole system.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
Your position is clear in the opening: you agree that clean water should be provided to homes, and you give relevant reasons, especially disease prevention and the role of public support. However, the response only partly develops the central issue of whether the supply should be free. The point about people who can afford helping financially, followed by the conclusion that residents should pay the government, creates uncertainty about how your agreement works in practice. The claim that government action may influence other nations is also asserted rather than explained. To strengthen the response, clarify whether water itself should be free while residents contribute through taxes, then develop that distinction with a specific example. The response meets the stated length requirement.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
The response has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, two body paragraphs and a conclusion, and the ideas are generally grouped by topic. However, progression is not consistently clear. The second body paragraph begins “Another, view” but shifts between residents helping officials, financial support, water plants and health outcomes without a clear sequence. The conclusion’s suggestion that residents should pay also conflicts with the opening position unless the relationship between free access and public funding is explained. Some linking phrases, such as “Moreover” and “To sum up,” help signal movement, but connections between claims are sometimes mechanical or unclear. Use topic sentences that state each paragraph’s main point, and make each supporting sentence explain or illustrate that point.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You attempt a range of topic-related vocabulary, including “micro-organisms,” “contaminated,” “economic burden” and “continuous supply,” which helps communicate the subject. However, word choice and collocation are often inaccurate or unnatural, and some spelling errors are noticeable. For example, “pure hydration” and “water contaminated diseases” do not express the intended ideas naturally; “waterborne diseases” would be clearer. “Preclude the variety of micro-organisms” is also an awkward choice of verb, while “hazadous” and “neccesary” are misspelled. These issues sometimes make the reader pause, although the main message remains understandable. Aim for precise, familiar collocations rather than elevated wording that does not fit the context, and proofread spelling carefully.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You use both simple statements and attempts at longer structures, such as “Government should provide an access to the clean water so it can decrease…” However, complex sentences are often faulty, and errors occur frequently enough to make some relationships difficult to follow. Examples include “I completely agree with the statement of providing…” and “Another, view is that…,” where sentence construction and punctuation are problematic. There are also issues with articles and agreement, as in “an access to the clean water” and “People support, helps government.” The final sentence, beginning “And there is also residents duty,” has an unclear grammatical structure. Practise building accurate clauses first, then combine them with conjunctions; check articles, subject–verb agreement and sentence boundaries during revision.
