Student answer (Band 4.5)

In this statement talks about to clean water is a basic human right. Therefore, every home should have a water supply that is provided free of charge. I completely agree with this statement because clean water is more important for humans.

Nowadays, clean water is not available so people drink dirty water becuase clean water is not provided. While without water life is not possible therfore people drink dirty water whereas with dirty water of different deseases birth. Therefore, people cannot healthy when people drank dirty water than in human body parts effect bad diseases. Therefore, every home should have a water supply so that deseses cannot effect on human. For instance, some people drink clean water and some people dirnk dirty water so clean water drinking group cannot effect desaese while others effect bad deseases. Therefore, clean water is a basic right people should use clean water.

On the other side, some people knowledge about clean water but some do not known that drinking dirty water different deseases on birth. If people cannot knowledge about these things so how they can avoid dirty water. We should give information about these thing like posting on social media, whatsapp, instagram and other methods use about provide thses things. Therefore, i strongly believe that clean water is a basic right for human.

In conclusion, clean water is more important for humans therefore every people should use clean water because dirty water is more dangerous for humans. Every home should have a water supply so that clean water available all time.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5

Your position is clear: you completely agree that homes should have clean water, and you connect this view to health risks from contaminated water. However, the response does not fully address the central proposal that the supply should be free of charge; it mainly argues that clean water is important and that people need information. The example comparing people who drink clean and dirty water is relevant but repetitive and not developed with a specific explanation or evidence. The response is also 22 words below the 250-word minimum; the 30 words copied from the task prompt are not included in the count. To strengthen the answer, explain why water should be free, such as affordability and equal access, and develop a concrete example.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0

The response has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, two body paragraphs and a conclusion, and the reader can follow the general topic. However, progression within the paragraphs is limited: the second paragraph repeats the link between dirty water and disease several times rather than developing distinct supporting points. Connectors such as “Therefore” and “while” are used repeatedly, and some links do not clearly express the relationship between ideas. The paragraph beginning “On the other side” shifts to public information without clearly showing how this supports free household water. Use fewer, more precise linking expressions, and organise each body paragraph around one reason, followed by explanation and a relevant example.

Lexical Resource: Band 4.5

You use basic vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “clean water,” “dirty water,” “basic right” and “diseases,” so the main subject is generally identifiable. However, the range is limited and key terms are repeated frequently, while several word-choice and spelling errors make parts difficult to understand. Examples include “different deseases birth,” “people cannot healthy,” and “some people knowledge about clean water.” These phrases do not communicate the intended ideas naturally. Build a small set of accurate topic expressions, such as “waterborne diseases,” “safe drinking water,” “access to a reliable supply” and “affordable provision,” and check spelling and word forms before submitting.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5

You attempt to express reasons and contrasts using structures such as “because,” “while” and “so that,” and you include both simple and longer sentences. However, sentence structures are often faulty, and errors in clauses, verb forms, agreement and articles frequently make the meaning unclear. For example, “In this statement talks about” lacks a clear subject, while “people cannot healthy” needs a verb construction such as “people cannot be healthy.” In “If people cannot knowledge about these things,” the conditional clause is not grammatically formed. Practise building accurate subject–verb sentences first, then combine them with one clear subordinate clause. Also check sentence boundaries and punctuation, especially after full stops.
