Access to clean water is a basic human right .However every home should get a water supply which should be provided free of charge .I fully agree with this opinion because i think without water we cannot survive,so water is the most important part of our daily lives.
Firstly, clean water is the essential part of a daily life.Every person needs water to fulfill their basic needs like ,cooking food ,washing clothes, dishes and for drinking also.Almost everywhere we need water for survival and being stay healthy life.Clean water makes people healthier and may didnt suffer from any disease or anxiety. In many places people struggle for other basic needs if they shouldn't pay for water they can buy food clothes or other things.
Secondly, Providing free water should may helpful for thoose people who can't afford to buy a clean water. It may really helpful for thoose poor people in the country where they didn't have enough water for their survival .I think government should be focus on the things which is really need for people like clean water ,transportation, hospatilaty and education in nearby places and which should be free for those people who can't afford it .However clean water is the most crucial for people to survive and stay healthy .In many places their are not enough water for drinking also. Government should provide enough clean water in that places where people searching for.
In conclusion, although i completely agree that government should provide clean water without any charge.clean water is the essential part of our daily lives.Drinking a lot of clean water give you a healthy life and soft and clear skin.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
Your position is clear: you fully agree that households should receive clean water without charge, and you give relevant reasons, including survival, health, and the difficulty poorer people face in paying. The examples of cooking, washing, and drinking help connect the argument to everyday needs. However, the ideas are mostly asserted rather than explained: for instance, the claim that free water would let people buy food and clothes needs a clearer link or example. The discussion also shifts briefly to transport, hospitality, and education without showing how these relate to the specific proposal. Develop two main reasons in more depth and address how free provision could be funded or managed. The required length is met; nine words copied from the task prompt were not counted.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
The response has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, two body paragraphs signalled by “Firstly” and “Secondly,” and a conclusion. This gives the reader a basic route through your argument. However, progression within paragraphs is uneven: the second body paragraph moves from affordability to a list of other public services, then to water shortages, without clearly connecting these points. Some linking phrases are repetitive or awkward, and the conclusion largely repeats the opening rather than drawing the reasons together. Use each paragraph to develop one central point, connect examples explicitly to that point, and use referencing such as “this support” or “such provision” to make relationships between ideas clearer.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use enough topic-related vocabulary to communicate the main argument, including “basic needs,” “survival,” “afford,” and “government should provide.” However, the range is limited and several phrases are repeated, especially “clean water,” “people,” and “daily lives.” Some word choices and collocations are inaccurate or unclear, such as “being stay healthy life,” “buy a clean water,” and “soft and clear skin.” There are also spelling errors, including “thoose,” “hospatilaty,” and “their are,” which reduce the accuracy of the writing. Build a more precise range for discussing public services and affordability, and check spelling and natural word combinations when editing.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and longer sentences, including a conditional idea in “if they shouldn't pay for water they can buy food clothes or other things.” However, complex structures are often faulty, and frequent errors sometimes make the intended meaning difficult to follow. Examples include “people struggle for other basic needs,” “government should be focus,” and “Drinking a lot of clean water give you.” There are recurring problems with articles, verb forms, subject–verb agreement, and sentence boundaries; punctuation spacing is also inconsistent. Practise building accurate sentences with one main clause and a clearly controlled subordinate clause, then check agreement and verb forms. More reliable sentence control will make your reasons easier to understand.
