Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.0

You state a position in the opening—“I agree with given notion”—and refer to the human-rights aspect of clean water. However, the response does not sustain or explain that position: the final paragraph says that you believe people should “charges some amount,” which conflicts with the claim that water should be free. The body also gives only a brief, unclear point about helping low-income families and mentions government investment without explaining how this supports free household supply. The example about rural areas and water-awareness programmes is not developed. The response is substantially below the required minimum length, so it cannot provide the reasoning and relevant examples needed to address the task fully. Develop a consistent position and explain and support each main reason.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5

There is a basic attempt to organise the response with an introduction, a body paragraph, and a conclusion, and phrases such as “On the one hand” and “In conclusion” signal stages of the argument. However, the body is extremely brief and does not build a clear progression of ideas. “On the another hand” introduces a point that is difficult to connect to the preceding sentence, while the example about government charges and improving supply is not clearly linked to the claim about helping low-income families. The conclusion also changes the position, leaving the reader unsure of the argument’s direction. Use separate paragraphs for distinct reasons, connect each example explicitly to its point, and ensure the conclusion follows the position established in the introduction.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

The response uses a small set of relevant terms, including “clean water,” “human right,” “low income,” and “water supply,” so the general topic is recognisable. However, the range is limited, and several inaccurate or unnatural phrases make the meaning difficult to follow, such as “Many people common opinion,” “provide free of water,” and “city outcuts.” Some word forms and spelling are also unreliable, including “belive” and “every day life.” Aim for precise, natural collocations and check spelling; for example, use “many people believe” and “urban outskirts.” Building a wider set of topic vocabulary—such as “affordable access,” “public funding,” and “water infrastructure”—would help you explain your ideas more clearly and avoid repetition.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple statements and longer structures, including “For example, my opinion government charges basic amount to develop and improve water supply in many way.” However, the range remains limited, and frequent errors in sentence construction and agreement make several sentences hard to interpret. In the opening, “the issue of access of clean water have become” has an incorrect preposition and subject–verb agreement; “water supply give to a free of charge” is also not a complete, well-formed clause. Articles and plural forms are often missing, as in “a daily basis human right” and “in many way.” Practise building accurate subject–verb sentences first, then add subordinate clauses. Check articles, agreement, and punctuation when revising.
