Student answer (Band 5.5)
Clean water is essential for all human beigns. It is widely argued that government should provide purifried water to everyone for free of cost while, other believed that government can take charges . I completely agree with this view that goverment should take a charges for clean water so it use will be in controlled manner and make our economy much stronger.
One of the primary reason is that people pay their attention on save water if charges willl be impose on clean water. furthermore it will directly spread awarness of minimal use of water and close the tap where they observed leakage issues. For instance people use the most part of water for the household activities, If government charge for the water people use it less than it is required so no need to arrange saminar or do advertisement for save water so indirectly people learn and focus on save water.
Another reason to be considered is, it saves our economy because high fund required for water purification and to provide at every home. Also so much of construction and labour cost will be required to supply clean water therfore lots of fund require.Therfore chages for purified water is essential for maintanace of countries economy.
In conclusion, The use of clean water and to provide a clean water by government to people is essential, for that government should take a charge which indirectly spread awareness of save water to all the human beings and also it saves our nations economy because water purification to supply water to each home cost a lot.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
Your position is identifiable: you support charging households for clean water, mainly because payment may encourage conservation and help fund purification and delivery. These are relevant reasons, and the example about closing a leaking tap gives one practical illustration. However, the response only partly develops the task. The prompt asks whether water should be supplied free because access is a human right, but you do not directly weigh that principle against the costs or explain why charging is fair to households unable to pay. The claim that people would use less water than required also needs clarification, since essential use should not be discouraged. Develop each reason with a clearer explanation and a specific, realistic example.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, two body paragraphs and a conclusion, and the paragraphs broadly group related reasons. However, progression within paragraphs is sometimes difficult to follow. In the first body paragraph, the move from paying attention to water use, to leakage, to household activities, and then to avoiding seminars is not clearly connected. Linking expressions such as “furthermore,” “for instance” and “also” are used, but some connections feel mechanical or do not make the relationship between ideas precise. The conclusion repeats the main points rather than drawing them together. Use a clearer sequence—claim, explanation, example—and make references such as “it” and “this” unambiguous.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some topic-related vocabulary, including “water purification,” “household activities,” “leakage” and “construction and labour cost,” so the reader can identify the subject and your main reasons. However, the range is limited and several word-choice, collocation and spelling problems make parts less clear or natural. Examples include “free of cost,” “spread awarness,” “saminar,” “chages” and “maintanace.” Phrases such as “save water” are repeated, and “high fund required” is not an idiomatic way to describe the expense. Build a more precise set of expressions for conservation and public-service costs, and check spelling and common word partnerships carefully.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and longer sentences, including a conditional idea in “if charges will be impose on clean water,” but complex structures are often faulty and errors occur frequently. For example, “One of the primary reason” has a number-agreement problem, while “government should take a charges” has article and plural errors. Verb forms are also unreliable in “if charges will be impose,” and sentence boundaries and punctuation are inconsistent, as in the long sentence beginning “For instance people use.” These errors sometimes make relationships between ideas harder to understand. Practise accurate subject–verb agreement, articles, plural forms and conditional patterns, then use shorter, correctly punctuated sentences before adding complexity.
