Student answer (Band 5.0)
It is argued by many people access to pure water is a basic human right. Therefor each house should have a water supply without any charge. I completely agree with the idea particularly since that it gives safety for health and also improves their daily lives.
A wide range of reasons are there why some people believe that access to clean water is a basic human right. One possible reason is that clean water saves our body strength, it also maintain our basic needs which people are consuming everyday. By keeping healthy and also leads a better life. Another reason could be that, individuals do not pay money for access to clean water largely due to its free for everyone. Then people use water in daily activities such as, eating habits, cooking and bathing. For example, if people regularly use to clean water, they will save their life from different water diseases.
In addition to reason mentioned above why is clean water is essential for individuals. Nonetheless, some people believe that every home should have a water supply full free. There are several reasons why some people think that water supply is full free for everyone. Firstly, if people use to clean water is full free, they may save their life from various health issues. Furthermore, they lead a better life when they eating clean water. Without individuals should consuming clean water regularly, which helps regular body fitness. Secondly, governments will should have a water supply is provided free of charge, if people easily access to clean. For instance, America government is supplied to clean water and it also gives more productivity.
To sum up, cosidering the factors mentioned above it seems to me that governments should have a water supply is full free and also access clean water.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
You state a clear position in the introduction—“I completely agree”—and return to agreement in the conclusion. Your points about health and everyday use are relevant, but the response only partially develops the task: it does not explain how a free household supply could be funded or managed, and several claims repeat the same health benefit rather than adding distinct support. The example about the American government is too vague to show how free provision works or what its effects are. Also clarify whether you mean that all water should be free or that every household should receive a basic amount without charge. Develop fewer reasons with specific explanation and a relevant example.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5
The response has an introduction, body paragraphs and a conclusion, and signposting such as “Firstly,” “Furthermore” and “To sum up” makes the intended structure visible. However, progression between ideas is often unclear. The second paragraph begins by discussing why clean water is a right, while the next opens with a fragment about reasons already mentioned and then repeats the claim that free water protects health. Some linking phrases are inaccurate or awkward, and references such as “it” and “they” do not always make clear whether you mean water, people or governments. Organise each body paragraph around one distinct reason, explain it in sequence, and use linking expressions only where they show a genuine relationship.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use relevant topic vocabulary, including “basic human right,” “water supply,” “health issues” and “daily activities,” so the reader can identify the subject and your main position. However, the range is limited and several phrases are repeated, especially “clean water” and “better life.” Some word choices and collocations are inaccurate or unclear, such as “saves our body strength,” “eating clean water” and “full free”; these make parts of the argument difficult to interpret. There is also a spelling error in “cosidering.” Build a more precise set of expressions for access, public provision and health, and check that verbs and nouns combine naturally before using them.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt to use both simple and more complex forms, including a conditional sentence beginning “if people regularly use…” and a clause introduced by “which.” However, many sentences contain errors that make the relationships between ideas difficult to follow. Examples include “it also maintain,” “By keeping healthy and also leads,” and “governments will should have,” which show problems with agreement, incomplete clauses and verb construction. Sentence boundaries are also unclear in places, as in “In addition to reason mentioned above why is clean water is essential…” Aim first for accurate complete sentences with a clear subject and verb. Then practise conditionals and subordinate clauses, checking agreement and verb forms in each.
