Student answer (Band 5.5)
Basic needs of life is a right for every human that cannot be negotiated. For instance, food , shelters, and water are essentials for life. For every country wether its poor or rich countries they got the right for peaceful life ,which the water could be considered the main aspect need of any person. As one drop of water equalls life.
Water is of great importance for all humanbeings,Though its not well discussed issue between civillization to provide free clean water supply for rural countries. It is seen that in more innovated countries there is more concerns about this kind of problems. That would be explained that they got the priviledge and income to consider providing free supplies for their citizens.
I would argue that, getting acsess to no charge water supplies is essential. Also, I believe that governments should study several cases to be able to provide that specially for the low income areas. That could be by taking more taxes from the wealthy people that got capitals and assits.Otherwise, that would make it harder for people to think about developing and investing if their basic needs would be in their consideration.
In conclsion, authorities must spend more money and time in sorting it.Doing that will not only benefit the citizens but also the governments ;in other word, less crime and breaking laws scenes will be plotted. As, when a person is in more calm it will lead to his serenity and well-behaving.that could be compared by studying percentage of crimes in less priviledged countries.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You take a broadly supportive position, stating that access to water is essential and that governments should help provide it, particularly in low-income areas. The suggestion to fund provision through higher taxes on wealthy people is relevant, and you attempt to explain the wider benefits. However, the response only partly develops the central claim that every home should receive clean water free of charge. It does not clearly distinguish universal free provision from targeted support, nor does it explain how the policy could be funded or implemented in practice. The claim that free water would reduce crime is asserted rather than supported with a clear example. State your position more precisely and develop two relevant reasons with explanation or evidence.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, supporting paragraphs and a conclusion. Paragraphs generally stay with related ideas, and linking expressions such as “For instance,” “Also,” and “In conclusion” help signal relationships. However, progression is not consistently clear: the discussion moves from water as a basic need to differences between countries, then taxation, investment and crime without fully connecting these points. Some links are mechanical or unclear, as in “Otherwise” and “As, when a person is in more calm.” The conclusion introduces the crime argument rather than neatly synthesising the main reasons. Organise the body around distinct points and use clear references and transitions to show how each supports your position.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some relevant topic vocabulary, including “basic needs,” “clean water supply,” “low income areas,” and “governments,” so the main subject is generally understandable. There are also attempts at less common wording, such as “privilege” and “serenity,” but several choices are inaccurate or unnatural and sometimes make the meaning difficult to follow. Examples include “civillization” where “civilisation” or “society” may be intended, “more innovated countries,” and “breaking laws scenes.” Spelling errors such as “wether,” “equalls,” and “acess” are noticeable, while “water” and “provide” are repeated. Build a more precise range of policy and public-service vocabulary, and check spelling and collocations carefully.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more extended sentence forms, including a conditional idea in “if their basic needs would be in their consideration” and a relative clause in “people that got capitals.” However, complex constructions are often faulty, and errors recur in agreement, articles, verb forms and sentence boundaries. For example, “Basic needs of life is a right” has a subject–verb agreement problem, while “they got the right” does not express the intended general claim accurately. Several sentences run together or have incomplete punctuation, particularly in the final paragraph. These issues can make relationships between ideas hard to follow. Practise building accurate sentences with one main clause and a clearly controlled subordinate clause, then check agreement, articles and punctuation.
