Student answer (Band 5.5)
In the recent years, clean water is actually the basic human right.therefore every single home should have a water supply that is much provided within no cost. I strongly believe that government should access the clean or fresh water from the Dam and earth with using modern machineries.
The primary reason is that every individual deserve the good health so make sure human must consumes the fresh water to maintain their own lives in a healthy manner.without water there has a huge lose in ocean life or human being life as well.because every person are dependent on that .for instance government should take serious Actions to provide the water.in our countries most of the areas there has no water many people every single year death by shortage of water.which was very insignificant to huge fault mechanism by government because it is a basic need for human life .
On the other hand, people or system can not run without water.in our nation the mostly people belongs to the lower to middle class so person can not afford expense of water if you spend a big amount on fresh water in the case for survival that is not fair.for exemplify System should work on that not just promoted the lead class they can already afford that .governent has a responsiblity to take some amount of money from the funds . try to work on that domain to acess the water from the filteration and big machineries .however make a filter in specfic areas like rural or countryside where all poor people live there. they can drink atleast the clean water and make their lives healthy it is basic right for every single person.
In counclusion,i believe that fresh or clean water must be provide to every individuals becuase it is play an crucial role in human life.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
Your position is clear: you strongly support providing clean water to every home without charge, and you return to this view in the conclusion. You give relevant reasons, including health, water scarcity, and the difficulty lower- and middle-income people may face in paying. The reference to deaths caused by shortages also offers a relevant example. However, some points are less fully explained than others: the opening claim about obtaining water from dams and the earth using machinery is not clearly connected to free household provision, and the proposal to install filters in rural areas needs more explanation. Develop each reason with a clearer link to the policy in the question.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has an overall structure, with an introduction, two body paragraphs presenting reasons, and a concluding statement. The contrast marker “On the other hand” signals a shift to affordability, and “for instance” introduces an example. However, progression within paragraphs is sometimes difficult to follow: the first body paragraph moves from health to ocean life, then to government action and water shortages without clearly showing how each point connects. Some linking phrases are also used mechanically or inaccurately, and references such as “that” are not always clear. Organise each paragraph around one main reason, then explain and support it in a logical sequence.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some relevant topic vocabulary, including “basic human right,” “shortage of water,” “lower to middle class,” and “rural or countryside.” This gives you enough language to communicate the main ideas, but the range is limited and several word choices or collocations are inaccurate, sometimes making meaning less clear. For example, “much provided within no cost” does not express “provided free of charge” naturally, while “huge lose” and “lead class” are unclear. Spelling and word-form errors such as “governent,” “responsiblity,” and “filtration” also affect accuracy. Build a bank of precise phrases for discussing access, affordability, and public services.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more extended sentences, including a conditional idea in “if you spend a big amount on fresh water … that is not fair.” However, control of sentence structure is inconsistent, and errors in agreement, verb forms, articles, and punctuation often make the reader work to understand the message. Examples include “every individual deserve,” “every person are dependent,” and “water must be provide.” Several sentences run together, such as the passage beginning “without water there has a huge lose,” so the relationships between ideas are unclear. Practise building accurate subject–verb–object sentences first, then connect them with subordinate clauses and use full stops to separate complete ideas.
