Water is a more important for every person is life. Human are not spend lives without water. It is access to clean water because it is a basic human right. So every home should have a water supply while provided free of charge. I have mixed opinion on these statement.
On the one side, water is more important for human as well as animals and human is used in daily life. On some places water bacame insuficient and need to buy more water for their daily purpose such as clean water for drink such as modern people. In explanation, in rural areas, people cannot use filteration process because they have not much money for this technology and they use unfiltered water. They are face to dangerious diseases such as hepatitas cases. In these conditions government should take action to served clean water because it is a human right. For example, in Sindh people are face to problem to use water in daily life and government access to supply water their homes which is the best option for help their publicity

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.0
You identify the topic and give a mixed position in “I have mixed opinion on these statement,” then offer relevant points about access to safe water, rural communities, and government responsibility. However, the response only minimally addresses the question: it does not clearly explain whether homes should receive water free of charge, and the argument for buying water is not reconciled with the claim that it is a human right. The examples, including the reference to Sindh and disease, are brief and not sufficiently explained. The response is also 71 words below the required minimum, which limits the opportunity to develop reasons and examples. State a clear position and extend each main point with explanation and a specific example.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5
There is an attempt to organise the response, including an opening, a contrast marker (“On the one side”), and an example. The ideas are generally related to the topic, but the overall progression is difficult to follow: the opening says the writer has a mixed opinion, while the body does not clearly develop two sides or reach a conclusion. Some links are unclear, as in “In explanation,” and the final sentence combines the example and proposed government action without showing their relationship clearly. Paragraphing is limited, and several ideas run together. Use separate paragraphs for your position, each main reason, and a conclusion; connect them with clear, accurate transitions and make sure each sentence advances the argument.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some topic-related vocabulary, such as “basic human right,” “filteration process,” “unfiltered water,” and “diseases,” which helps communicate the subject. However, the range is limited and several word choices or forms make meaning less clear, including “water bacame insuficient,” “their publicity,” and “dangerious diseases.” Some phrases are repetitive, particularly the repeated use of “water” and “daily life,” and collocations such as “clean water for drink” are not natural. Build a more precise set of expressions for access, supply, affordability, and public health, and check spelling and word forms. This would make the argument easier to understand without changing its basic ideas.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
The response attempts both short statements and longer sentences, for example, “In rural areas, people cannot use filteration process because they have not much money for this technology.” However, the range remains limited, and errors are frequent enough to make some sentences difficult to interpret. Examples include “Human are not spend lives,” “human is used in daily life,” and “they are face to dangerious diseases,” where verb forms and agreement are not controlled. Articles and sentence boundaries also need attention, as in “It is access to clean water because it is a basic human right” and “human right. For example.” Practise building accurate simple sentences first, then combine them with because, although, and therefore while checking subject–verb agreement, articles, and punctuation.
