Student answer (Band 5.0)
Water is very essential for human health.Having clean water is more important then only water. It is basic need of every person. We cannot survive without water. We can live up to 4 to 5 days without water.According to the research of scientists, humans should drink 8 glass water per day
The access to clean water is also considered basic human right. The government is responsible for providing clean water to people to free of cost. But the era in which we live we pay tax to government to drink clean water. If we do not pay text, then government will cutt off over supply and this is not favourable.
If we do not drink clean water then several diseases will attack on us.For instance,fever,constipation.typhoid.And If we drink clean and pure water ,we will become healthful.
In my perspectives, the goverment should take charges for supply of clean water because ,If we do not pay any text or charges the government cannot manage the system. We are also responsible for drinking clean water. We should clean our water tanks and also pipe lines.
The powerplants are also generated for clean water. In mosque and public places, the filters are generated for clean water for ease of people. We can take water from here free of cost. This is an great example of humanity.
One more resource to drink clean water is to pay money to get pure water botttles from grocery shops.Water companies also provide clean and pure water.Companmy staff is responsible for delivering water at our home.We should clean and pure water to stay healthy.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
You give a position: you argue that households should pay for water because the government needs funds to manage the system. You also mention public filters and bottled water as alternatives. However, the response only partially addresses whether every home should receive a free supply: the discussion shifts between government-provided water, taxes, public facilities and buying bottled water, without clearly distinguishing access to a basic supply from other costs. Several points, such as the health effects of unsafe water and the need to clean tanks and pipes, are relevant but are asserted rather than explained or supported with a specific example. State your position clearly at the beginning and develop two reasons that directly answer the question.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5
The response contains several related points, including health, government responsibility, public filters and bottled water, but their order does not create a clear overall progression. The opening repeats the importance of water before the argument begins, and the final paragraphs introduce alternatives without showing how they support your position. Linking words such as “For instance,” “But” and “One more resource” provide some connections, yet relationships between ideas are sometimes unclear. Paragraphing is also limited: separate the introduction, each main reason and the conclusion into purposeful paragraphs. Use clear references and transitions to show how each example supports your argument, rather than adding points as a list.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use relevant topic vocabulary, including “basic human right,” “government,” “diseases,” “filters” and “water supply,” so the reader can generally follow the subject. However, the range is limited and several inaccurate or repetitive expressions make parts difficult to understand. Examples include “pay text” for paying tax, “healthful” for healthy, “powerplants are also generated” and “water botttles.” Repeated use of “clean and pure water” also limits precision. Build a more accurate set of topic collocations and check spelling and word forms carefully. For example, distinguish a household water supply from bottled water, and use precise terms such as “water-treatment facilities” when describing infrastructure.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
Most sentences use simple structures, and you attempt some longer sentences with “because” and “if.” However, these attempts are often faulty, and frequent errors can make the meaning difficult to follow. For example, “The government is responsible for providing clean water to people to free of cost” has an incorrect construction, while “If we do not pay any text or charges the government cannot manage the system” needs clearer clause structure and punctuation. There are also errors with articles, plurals and agreement, as in “8 glass water” and “This is an great example.” Use a wider range of controlled sentence patterns, and proofread each sentence for complete clauses, verb agreement, articles and punctuation.
