Student answer (Band 5.5)
Access to pure water is human first priority.Although every house contains free of cost water supply. I am partially agree with that because it contains both of factors it provides equal amount of water to every citizen. Moreover, if water supply is become free of cost then, then water crisis are significantly grown.
The primary factor is if water supply becomes free then it provides big benefit to the low caste society who not even afford the bills of water. Additionaly euality in the social society is established by that particular method because poor people use sufficient water as according to their need. As consequently, it reduces their expenses and living cost. which provides much extra benefit because with that individuals can spend their valuable funds at their crucial works. To cite an example, in 2009 in combdia, government can provide water supply free, so it makes development in the social conditions or even in the ground state.
On the contrary, the another vital reason is that free of cost it may lead to the wastage and more consumption of water.if water supply is more accessible and easy avaliable then individual not use enough water according to their need which is very destructive for water quantity because of that in the internal ground of earth water become lesser and substantially, it may effect on the country wealth and future programs eventhough, government of the specific region face more loss becuase with it country can face big disaster. To illustrate, The scientific research from predue university america can conducted reserach and got result that free of water supply forms big troubles of the specific country
In conclusion, every citizen of the democratic country have right to get pure water suuply nut if it provides equality and free relaxation from the bills. on the other hand it forms big teerible problems water wastage and more consumption at in wrong direction

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
You address both sides of the question and give a recognisable, though qualified, position: free provision could help poorer households, but might encourage waste. These are relevant reasons, and the Cambodia and university examples show an attempt to support them. However, your stance is not fully clear: “I am partially agree” does not explain whether you support free water for every home or favour some limits. The examples are also asserted rather than explained, so their connection to your argument is uncertain. Develop the qualification by specifying how free access could be balanced with conservation—for example, a free basic allowance with charges for excessive use—and explain how this would protect both access and supply. This would make your response more fully developed and precise.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a recognisable overall structure: an introduction, a paragraph supporting free access, a contrasting paragraph about waste, and a conclusion. The contrast marker “On the contrary” helps signal the shift in argument, and examples are placed within the relevant paragraphs. However, progression within sentences and between ideas is often difficult to follow. Connectors such as “As consequently” and “Moreover” do not always show the intended relationship, while the conclusion repeats the two sides without clearly resolving your position. Some references, such as “that particular method” and “with it,” are also unclear. Use simpler, more accurate links, make each paragraph develop one main point in sequence, and end by restating your qualified view directly.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You attempt vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “water crisis,” “wastage,” “consumption,” and “social conditions,” and you try to express abstract ideas about equality and public costs. However, the range is limited by repeated wording and frequent inaccurate word choice, spelling, and collocation, which sometimes make meaning difficult to interpret. For example, “low caste society” is not an appropriate way to refer to people who cannot afford bills, and “country wealth” does not clearly express the intended impact. There are also errors such as “euality,” “avaliable,” and “suuply.” Choose precise topic vocabulary, check spelling, and learn common combinations such as “access to water,” “water supply,” and “household bills.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including conditional structures such as “if water supply becomes free” and a contrast between benefits and risks. However, complex sentences are often faulty, and errors in verb forms, agreement, articles, and sentence boundaries can make the argument hard to follow. Examples include “I am partially agree,” “water crisis are,” and “government can provide water supply free.” Several clauses are joined without clear punctuation, as in the sentence beginning “if water supply is more accessible,” while the conclusion also contains incomplete or poorly connected clauses. Practise building accurate subject–verb–object sentences first, then add one subordinate clause at a time. Check agreement and verb forms before using longer structures.
