Student answer (Band 5.5)
In this day and age, provision of crystal clean water is a basic human right. So, government should provide a water supply to every home for free of cost. Although, I agree with this that access of clean water must be provided to everyone, still I believe that provided free of water to individuals are not the beneficial, which I will disscus over subsequent paragraph.
One compelling reason why government should provide clean water to every home is important, because of nowadays diseases are majorly find in water which is might be harmful for society health. Furthermore, water is natural resource and it is play an important role in human being lives. If people consume a non healthy water, its cause to health with number of disease. For instance, if a healthy person consume water without knowing it is purifiy or not ,also they are not willing to pay bill of water supply its cost an arm and leg for the people. Thus, the afore-mentioned example is vividly illustrates that how much clean water needed to a person for health.
Conversly, it is not in beneficial providing free of cost water supply to those who are already rich and enrolled some passion for cleaning water . However, it is responsibility of government make sure they provide clean water, but totally free water supply make a huge difference in economy and nature. For example, who are willing to pay bill of access water, government should take step for those people. On the other side, society who are rich they should be charged and pay bill atleast 100 to 200 rupees atleast. Hence the above example show that providing free water only for those who are genuinely from poor family not for a rich people.
To recapitualte, the above essay discuss factor for free providing water and it is basic right of people. although, from my perspective government should take some charge from people who are wealthy and take responsibilty

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You address the question and present a qualified position: clean water should be available to everyone, but wealthy households should pay. The discussion of water-related illness and the cost of supply is relevant, and the contrast between poorer and richer households gives your response a clear central idea. However, the position is not fully consistent: the introduction says free provision is “not… beneficial,” while the conclusion says water is a basic right without clearly restating who should pay. Several points are asserted rather than explained, such as the effect of free water on “economy and nature” and the proposed charge of “100 to 200 rupees.” Clarify your policy and develop the reasons with specific explanation or a more precise example.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
Your response has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, two body paragraphs presenting contrasting considerations, and a conclusion. Connectors such as “Furthermore,” “However,” and “Hence” show an effort to guide the reader through the argument. Nevertheless, progression within paragraphs is sometimes difficult to follow: the first body paragraph moves from disease to water’s importance, then to people’s willingness to pay, without clearly linking these points. Some transitions are mechanical or do not express the intended relationship, as in “Conversly” and “On the other side.” The conclusion is also incomplete and does not clearly resolve the contrast. Organise each paragraph around one main claim, explain it in sequence, and use references and linking phrases more precisely.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You attempt topic-related vocabulary, including “basic human right,” “natural resource,” “purified,” and “responsibility,” and you use some idiomatic language such as “cost an arm and leg.” However, the range is limited by repeated wording around “free,” “water supply,” and “people,” while several inaccurate choices make ideas harder to understand. Examples include “crystal clean water,” “access of clean water,” “enrolled some passion for cleaning water,” and “charged and pay bill.” Spelling errors such as “disscus,” “Conversly,” and “recapitualte” also affect the impression of control. Aim for accurate collocations and forms rather than adding ambitious phrases: for example, use “access to clean water” and “households that can afford to pay.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and complex sentences, including a concession in the introduction and conditional examples beginning “If people consume…” This shows an effort to vary sentence forms, but complex structures are often faulty, and frequent errors sometimes obscure meaning. For example, “government should provide” needs an article, “it is play” has an incorrect verb form, and “its cause to health with number of disease” has problems with sentence structure, agreement, and plurals. The sentence beginning “One compelling reason…” is also difficult to parse because its subject and main verb do not fit together. Work first on complete, clearly structured sentences, checking subject–verb agreement, articles, verb forms, and punctuation; then build complexity with accurate clauses.
