Overall,it can be clearly seen that, there are serveral changes in both plan the first big change is farm shop, parking, camping field solar panels are added in the todays plan.while sheep is mush more bigger in the past beechwood farm and they looks are very simple as compared to todays farm.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5

You identify the two time periods and give a broad overview of change, noting new facilities such as the farm shop, parking, camping field and solar panels, as well as the former sheep area. You also mention the continuing fruit, soft-fruit and vegetable plots. However, some key comparisons are inaccurate or unclear: the sheep area is not replaced by all three facilities, and the barn has not become holiday cottages. The barn remains, while cottages are added near the farmhouse; the farmhouse and chicken enclosure also remain in their original general area. The overview is relevant, but the description of the main changes is only partly accurate and several locations are difficult to follow. Compare what was retained, removed and added more precisely.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5

The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, an overview, a paragraph about 1950 and a final paragraph about today. This gives the reader a basic route through the comparison. However, progression within paragraphs is uneven, and some links are mechanical or unclear. For example, “by contrast” introduces the present-day description, but “and other things are remaind unchanged” does not specify which features. The long sentence listing the three crop areas also lacks clear punctuation, while “near the fruit tress” and “in the front of the parking” leave spatial relationships uncertain. Group information by area or by additions and retained features, and use clear sentence boundaries and references to make the comparison easier to follow.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use some task-relevant vocabulary, including “farmhouse,” “barn,” “fruit trees,” “soft fruits,” “vegetables” and “camping field,” so the reader can identify many map features. However, the range is limited and several spelling and word-choice errors make parts of the description difficult to understand, such as “catagaries,” “trak,” “solor panels” and “the chickens point.” Some phrases are also imprecise or unnatural, including “the first big change” and “looks very simple.” Use accurate map vocabulary and more precise verbs such as “remains,” “is added” and “is converted,” while checking spelling. This would make the comparisons clearer and reduce repetition of “looks” and “they are.”

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

The response attempts both simple statements and longer sentences, but the longer structures are often difficult to control. Errors occur frequently in verb forms and agreement: “how they looks,” “sheep is,” and “they are sheep were replaced” do not form accurate clauses. Articles and sentence construction are also inconsistent, as in “the nort east side of the farm they are a larg sheep area.” Punctuation and spacing further affect readability, particularly in “Overall,it” and the run-on list of crop areas. These problems sometimes make relationships between features unclear. Build accurate short sentences first, then combine them with controlled clauses—for example, “The sheep area was replaced by a camping field and solar panels”—and check tense and subject–verb agreement.
