Overall,1950 beechwood farm is a simple farm and today farm is a major changing solar panels, parking and etc.
To begin with, first the 1950 diagram is a very simple sheep area and onther different fruits soft drink and vegetables the next one is farmhouse and barn and the other place is river and track.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.0
You identify the two time periods and mention several relevant features, including sheep, fruit, vegetables, the river, parking, camping, solar panels and holiday cottages. However, the response gives only a minimal account of the plans: it does not clearly explain how the site changed, and some locations or relationships are difficult to interpret. The overview, “a simple farm” becoming “a major changing,” is too vague to summarise the main transformation. You also misidentify the task as a “pie chart.” The response contains 138 words, below the required 150; the 13 words copied from the prompt are not included in that count. To improve, give a clear overview of the new visitor facilities and describe the main changes to the original farm layout accurately.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5
There is a basic attempt to organise the response into an introduction, an overview and two body paragraphs, and phrases such as “To begin with” and “To commence with” signal a move between sections. However, the progression within the paragraphs is difficult to follow because features are listed without clear comparisons or spatial relationships. For example, “the next side is camping field and camping field cross down the solar panels” does not make the locations clear. The repeated sequencing phrases also feel mechanical, while “the next one” and “the other place” have unclear references. Organise the details by area or by comparing the 1950 layout with today, and use precise links such as “whereas,” “in the north-east,” and “south of.”
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
Your vocabulary includes several relevant map terms, such as “farmhouse,” “barn,” “river,” “parking area” and “holiday cottages,” so the reader can recognise some of the features being described. However, the range is limited and several word choices or combinations make the meaning unclear. “Pie chart” misnames the visual, “soft drink” appears to be an inaccurate label for the soft-fruit area, and “a major changing” is not a natural way to describe development. Repetition of “different,” “next” and “same” also limits precision. Use accurate map vocabulary and verbs that describe change and position, such as “converted,” “added,” “located” and “replaced,” while checking labels against the plan.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
You attempt an overview and longer sentences, but grammatical control is inconsistent, and errors sometimes make the relationships between features hard to understand. For example, “The pie chart illustrate show” combines incompatible verb forms, while “1950 beechwood farm is a simple farm” lacks a clear time construction and article use. The sentence beginning “today the diagram is very different changing” also has an incomplete, faulty structure. Most sentences rely on simple patterns or loosely joined clauses, with limited accurate complex structures. Practise forming complete sentences with a clear subject and verb, and use past and present forms consistently when comparing the two plans. Careful punctuation and sentence boundaries will also make the description easier to follow.
