Overall, there is drastic changes in Beechwood Farm from the past. Although fruit trees, soft fruits and vegetables are still the same, but their lot of work has been done in the sheep area during the term period. Additionally, roads and cottages are made now.

In 1950, there was a track to go to the fruit trees, soft fruits and vegetables areas. However, it has now changed into a proper road to communicate with the farmhouse area. A farm shop has opened near the fruit trees. On the south side, there is a barn.

However, major changes seem to be in the area in the sheep area has now been converted to solar panels and a camping field. Apart from that in the west-east area now is holiday cottages and also two parking areas built near the entrance from both sides
