IELTS Writing Task 1 question

The plans below show the site of a farm in 1950 and the same site today.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.



 

Student answer (Band 5.0)

The picture below differentiate the overview of Beachwood farm in 1950 with today. We discuss all the new things that are added now.

The same thing is that in both side the farm is attach with road and river is flew near the farm. The partition of fruit trees, soft fruit and vegetables is also same butt now there is also make a farm shop in Fruit trees partition. There is chicken in farm in 1950 and also in today.

The main difference is now farm track is totally converted in to roads and farm electricity is also shifted in to solar energy. In 1950 there was no parking in farm butt now 2 parking is made in farm. Sheep area is totally converted now in to two parts. Half area for camping field and half for solar panels. There is also Holiday cottages added now in the place of Barn.

Conclusion is that now farm is totally converted in to smart and modern farm. Like electricity is totally converted in to solar.
