IELTS Writing Task 1 question

The plans below show the site of a farm in 1950 and the same site today.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.



 

Student answer (Band 5.0)

The given diagram compares the Beechwood farm from 1950 to today's farm.

Overall there have some change in their farm by paving their road and some innovations like solar panels and cottages in the long period.

Moreover they paved the track into road and transform the sheep area into with beautiful camping spot a huge parking area and full of trees.In addition to their farm trees they are having a small farm shop for fresh fruits, vegetables and soft fruits and chickens .

However the barn had turned into holiday cottages that increase the beauty of farm house for vacations. There is a barn built on the joining of two roads between vegetables area and farm house.Solar panels also install for the production of farms own electricity directly though sunlight.

Consequently the overall changes create fascinating spot and turned the boring farm into living place.
