The plans below show the site of a farm in 1950 and the same site today.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
Student answer (Band 5.5)
The given diagrams illustrate changes in the Beechwood farm over the years until today’s date. Overall, dramatic development can be seen in the farm with increased tourism area and advance infrastructure in the farm.
In 1950, sheep farm covered largest area however currently there are various infrastructure added in the same space which covered; two parking space one in west other in east-south corner. Similary camping field was also establish with greenery scene and four solar panels are also placed in the same area recently. Moreover, Farm shop added in the fruit trees area in the locality now.
Moreover, Recently barn area converted into 3 storey Holiday cottages and barn are now constructed near by chickens farm. In addition, The track were re-constructed into paved-raod. However, Farmhouse and chickens farm remained same as it was in the year 1950. Yet, main paved highway still present same in the beechwood farm.
