The construction plans illustrate the site of a farm in 1950 and the same site today.

Overall, the sheep farm was demolished and replaced by several new facilities, while the track was converted into a road. The site also underwent considerable development, with holiday cottages, a camping field, solar panels and two parking areas being added, while the barn was relocated.
