IELTS Writing Task 1 question

The plans below show the site of a farm in 1950 and the same site today.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.



 

Student answer (Band 5.0)

Here we have two different pictures of the same site but with different developement plans and maps showing the difference in the developement of the same site but one is from 1950 while second one is from today's time.

Overall, in the first plan which is from 1950 we can see on the top right corner there is place for sheep while the all other part of the plan designed in such way that it refers towards such type of structure which shows that it will contains farmhouse, barn, vegetables, soft fruits, fruit trees and a track also along all the way.

While in the plan which is actually from today's time it almost similar to the previous plan but some changes are also made in it such on the place of sheep there is place propose to solar panels and also for camping field and also there is an addition of park in left side of the camping field and along with the solar panels and the track named now as road which the mostly part remain same.
