IELTS Writing Task 1 question
The plans below show the site of a farm in 1950 and the same site today.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
Student answer (Band 5.5)
In the given plan show that the difference between beachwood farming site in 1950 and nowadays.
Overall, they made a road at the place of track and and sheep site converted into parking and camping site.
In 1950, there was one road going east to west direction. The beachwood farming site left east side had some fruit trees, soft fruits and vegetables along with the river . On the other site, there was only sheeping site. They divided the area with track. Also, they had some chickens, farmhouse and barns. In present time, the road was situated at it is. they made a new farm shop with fruit teesand track replaced with new road. In sheeping site made a camping field grow some and made parking for visitors and also plant a solar panels and made another parking site. The barns replaced with holiday cottage and made new barns beside with the vegetable area.
