The plans below show the site of a farm in 1950 and the same site today.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The two maps illustrate the structural changes and developments that have taken place on a farm from its original layout to the present day.Overall, the farm has diversified significantly, shifting from a traditional agricultural property into a multi-functional space that incorporates tourism, retail, and renewable energy. While the core crop areas have been largely preserved, livestock zones have been removed or relocated to make way for accommodation and visitor amenities.In the western and northern sections, the original dirt tracks have been upgraded into paved roads. The fruit trees in the northwest remain, but the eastern edge of this area now houses a farm shop and an adjacent parking lot. The large northern pasture previously designated for sheep has been completely transformed into a camping field. Directly east of this camping area, a large installation of solar panels has been introduced, supported by an additional parking zone situated just below them.In the southeastern quadrant, the farmhouse and the chicken coop have retained their original positions. However, the old barn situated just north of the farmhouse has been replaced by a row of holiday cottages. A new barn has been constructed further southwest, positioned at the southern edge of the vegetable patches near the riverbank and connected by a newly extended branch of the road. The areas for soft fruits, vegetables, and the surrounding river remain entirely unchanged.
