IELTS Writing Task 1 question
The plans below show the site of a farm in 1950 and the same site today.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
Student answer (Band 5.5)
The blueprints provided illustrate what was condition of Beechwood farm in 1950 and the current condition after adding many features.
Overall, a lot of construction has been completed on this site including solar panels, a new parking area, camping field etc.
At first glance a parking facility is being created near by the main road, on the opposite of that road a farm shop also developed, and another parking site also built at East corner of the road.
The sheep area transformed into a newly made camping field, where a tree also being planted near this camo site. Four solar panels are introduced in the East side of sheep field to ensure a sustainable power source.
A few holiday cottages are developed near by the farmhouse. All tracks are transformed into roads, and the barn is relocated near by these roads, and connected by the a small pave way.
In conclusion this, this farm has been gone through a lot of developments, and added of features.
