IELTS Writing Task 1 question

The plans below show the site of a farm in 1950 and the same site today.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.



 

Student answer (Band 5.5)

Here are two plans that gives information about the sites of farm in 1950 and today.

First of all, there is a beechwood farm that indicates that in 1950 a main road on the left side of fruit trees and a track connectwith road and pass through soft friuts and vegitables. On the other side in the parallel of track there is river who flew under the road and and cross the farmhouse. In front of barn and other side of the track there is sheep farm and in the back side of framhouse a chickens farm is situated.

On the other hand, in the today's farm the main road is same as above mention but most of the other things and farms are change. There is another road in place of track that connected with the main highway. In the bignining of the road there is a farm shop and on the opposite side here established a parking place for cars. In front of the parking camping field place for visitors and some tress. In place of sheeps fram there is solar panels plates for the electricity.

Conclusion, the same two site of the frams are change by the time but some thigs are same in the first site.
