Student answer (Band 5.0)
The give plans illustrates, beechwood farm site in 1950 and 2026.how the site is changed, what are the implications occured and any major developments . onthewhole i noticed that green area is increasing more than past years.
Moreover ,in 1950 we find only fields for fruits, vegitables and sheltering there pet animals . mostly all road ways are tracks and undevelopment roads . population and visitors also contrast ,for no proper homes and electricity in 1950.electricity is mostly important but not implemented and those days there is no Idea about parks and heath .early it's developed and implemented.
However,in present days it is highly implemented by construction of roads and bram.health is very important in everyone's life, but most are not showing interest because of the finding a Park is a task for everyone and everyone don't affort to go gym and do exercise.so park's place a major role for exercise and everyone showing interest to goto parks and do walk or exercise and make a body fitness and healthy.
In my conclusion, there is many different implementation i noticed in 1950 and present day like roads and solar powers and parks all these are very important to survive and lead a life . finally I can say one thing health is wealth.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 4.0
The response fails to adequately address the task requirements. Instead of objectively describing the changes between the two maps, the essay focuses on subjective commentary about health, exercise, and the importance of gyms. The student does not clearly identify the main features of the site, such as the conversion of farmland into residential areas or the addition of specific infrastructure like solar panels or the park. The inclusion of personal opinions ('health is wealth') is inappropriate for an Academic Task 1 report, which requires a neutral, analytical tone. Consequently, the response does not provide a clear overview or a logical summary of the visual data provided.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0
The essay is divided into paragraphs, but the logical progression is weak. The introduction is confusing, and the body paragraphs lack a clear focus on the visual information. Cohesive devices are used, such as 'Moreover' and 'However', but they are often used incorrectly or to connect irrelevant ideas. The referencing is frequently unclear, making it difficult for the reader to follow the comparison between the 1950 site and the current site. The conclusion introduces new, irrelevant philosophical statements rather than summarizing the key trends observed in the maps.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The vocabulary is limited and often inaccurate. There are several spelling errors ('vegitables', 'undevelopment', 'affort') and word choice issues ('bram' instead of 'barn' or 'housing', 'mostly important' instead of 'crucial'). The student struggles to use precise terminology to describe the map features, relying on repetitive and informal language. The range of vocabulary is insufficient to convey the information clearly, and the misuse of words occasionally impedes the reader's understanding of the intended meaning.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The response contains frequent grammatical errors that affect readability. There are issues with subject-verb agreement ('The give plans illustrates', 'park's place a major role'), incorrect verb tenses, and awkward sentence structures. Punctuation is also inconsistent, with missing spaces after commas and periods. While there is an attempt to use complex sentences, they are often poorly constructed and contain errors that cause some difficulty for the reader. The control of basic grammar is inconsistent throughout the text.
