It is quiet evident from 1950 there was river ran at southern site of the beechwood farm. And field a area cover by Fruit trees at North-west, And center of the field is covered by soft fruits and vegetables. At the East site of Farm cover by the Barn and Farmhouse. And there was also made a space for chickens. For visitors track was also present at Northern side.

Meanwhile, a huge development has been seen in Beechwood Farm , Farm shop and parking area was designed at North-east. while Fruits trees, soft fruits, and vegetables were present at there same location as they were at past farm design. A new development has been seen in central North , where camping field and solar panels were designed to facilitate the visitors. At east side near the road a holiday cottages was made, and bar was relocate from east side to center of the field.
