IELTS Writing Task 1 question

The plans below show the site of a farm in 1950 and the same site today.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.



 

Student answer (Band 5.0)

The map illustrates a farm field in 1950 and the same site at present.

Overall, the most noticable change lised in the sheep field. it has been replaced by other infrasturctures. The track has also been improved. A farm shop has been established and a chickens site has been formed.

The were noticable improvement in the sheeping field hafe of site is overed with Soler panels and a Camping field has a coure on the other hafe of the field. two parking areas are build on two courners of the area.

Meanwhile, the track has been competely replace by road. The barn has been relocated to the end of the road and hoilday cottages has taken the initial location of the barn. A place for chickens has coucer infront of the farmhouse. farm shop are built in the site for fruit trees.
