The digram illustrates with the information about the farm and what are the changes have been made from 1950 to today.

Overall, in 1950 farm had around five field in which sheep got biggest part of the farm. Today, sheep field had been divided into two which makes the total field around six.

In 1950, there was track line which waas connected wit the main road. There was also a small river with the farm and beside the river we have our vegatable and fruits field. Toward he end of river we also got a barn for storing our vegatbale and fruits.Behind the barn we also got a farmhouse and chickens area.

Till today, there was alot of addition had been made. sheep area have been completely removed and in place of that we got new sonal panels for electricity and in front of that we also got a small parking. Sheep area was divided into two parts and in the second part there was an additon of trees, camping area and parking. In front of car parking there is a small farm shop for selling farm goods.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5

The response covers the main features of the maps, including the removal of sheep areas and the addition of solar panels and holiday cottages. However, the description is somewhat disorganized and contains factual inaccuracies regarding the layout (e.g., the claim that the barn moved between the vegetable field and chicken area is not clearly supported by the visual evidence). While the overview attempts to summarize the main changes, it lacks precision in comparing the two time periods. To improve, focus on grouping information logically—such as infrastructure, agricultural areas, and leisure facilities—rather than listing changes chronologically in a way that obscures the spatial relationships.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5

The essay is divided into paragraphs, but the logical progression is weak. The use of cohesive devices is often mechanical or misused, such as 'Till today' to introduce a paragraph or 'In addition' when the transition is not smooth. Referencing is sometimes unclear, particularly when describing the location of the barn and the sheep fields. The flow between sentences is frequently interrupted by awkward phrasing, which makes it difficult for the reader to follow the spatial changes across the site. Improving the use of linking words and ensuring clear reference points for locations would significantly enhance the coherence of the response.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.0

The vocabulary is limited and repetitive, with several spelling errors such as 'digram' (diagram), 'waas' (was), 'wit' (with), 'vegatable' (vegetable), 'sonal' (solar), and 'chickend' (chicken). The range of vocabulary is basic, relying heavily on simple descriptors. There is little evidence of less common lexical items or precise terminology related to map description. To reach a higher band, you should focus on using more accurate terminology for map features (e.g., 'converted into', 'replaced by', 'situated in the northern part') and proofreading carefully to eliminate basic spelling mistakes that distract the reader.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0

The response contains frequent grammatical errors, including subject-verb agreement ('farm had around five field'), article usage ('the track line', 'the sheep field'), and tense inconsistencies ('sheep area have been completely removed'). While there is an attempt at complex sentence structures, these are often marred by errors that occasionally impede clarity. Punctuation is also inconsistent, with missing spaces after commas and periods. To improve, focus on mastering basic sentence construction, specifically ensuring that subjects and verbs agree and that articles are used correctly before nouns.
