The plans below show the site of a farm in 1950 and the same site today.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
Student answer (Band 5.5)
THESE MAPS ILLUSTRATE THE SITUATION OF BEECHWOOD FARM IN 1950 AND IN RECENT TIME. OVERALL, MANY THINGS REMAIN THE SAME FROM YEAR 1950 SUCH AS, CHICKENS, VEGETABLES, SOFT FRUITS AND FRUITS TREES.
IN 1950, BEECHWOOD FARM HAD A HUGE SPACE FOR SHEEPS AND IT REPLACED BY AREA FOR SOLAR PANELS, CAMPING FIELD AND TWO PARKING SPACE ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROAD. THE RIVER AND ROAD ARE STAYED SAME IN BOTH PICTURES BEING THE CENTER OF THE CITY. THE TRACK FOR WALKING ARE RENOVATED BY PROPER ROAD FOR PEOPLES AND FORMED A TRIANGLE IN THE MIDLE OF THE SECTION, CONNECTING MANY FIELDS TO EACH OTHERS.
HOWEVER, THEY MADE A FARM SHOP NEAR AREA OF FRUIT TREES. BARM ALSO REPLASED BY HOLIDAY CITTAGES FOR TOURIESTS AND THE OTHER BARM WAS TOTALLY REMOVED. TRACK WAS UPGRADED TO A PROPER ROAD. FARMHOUSE AND CHICKENS ARE SAME FROM 1950. TWO PARKINGS WERE ALSO SITUATED , ONE ON THE MAIN ROAD AND SECOND ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF SOLAR PANELS.
