The plans below show the site of a farm in 1950 and the same site today.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
Student answer (Band 5.0)
The given map chart illustrates the infrmation about a Beechwood farm in 1950. However, present plan of the farm has many changes as compare to past.
Overall, the Beechwood farm has may differences after a construction, park has few cottages, shop and camping field. While in the past, park does not have such facilities.
To begin with, the map of the farm, had few areas in the past. Near by the river farm had four portion of land, which was devided between fruit trees, soft fruits, vegetables and farmhouse. In fruit trees portion a farm shop is construsted in present, while soft fruits and vegetables area is remain unchanged. Moreover, beside the vegetable portion, the farm add Holiday cottages, Farmhouse, a square shape barn room and chikens farm. Furthermore, a mud track devided into two portion of farm, after new plan the track converted into road. centre of the farm road has triangular shape. In the past a huge portion of the farm used only for sheeps, now which is devided into parking area camping field and adds solar plant.
