The plans below show the site of a farm in 1950 and the same site today.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.



 

Student answer (Band 5.0)

The diagrams illustrate the transformation of a Beechwood farm in 1950 and present day.

Overall, The number of facilities in the Beechwood form has increased dramtically. The tracks have converted into roads, while the area used for the sheeps has changed into camping field and solar panels. The facility of parking has given to the citizens of the Beechwood farm.

Although there are several parking areas have introduced, the river has faced no changes. The area for sheeps has converted into camping field and solar panels, whereas the location of barn has change. Farmhouse and chickens storage area remains same, while holiday cottages have replaced barn in the Beechwood farm for the visitors.

Although farm shop has opened near the fruit trees located with the road , soft fruits and vegetables area have remain same in the farm. The parking stands in camping field and solar panels have introduced to facilitate the villagers.
