It is quite evident from the diagram that in 1950 the Beechwood Farm divided into several section and river is located in the South and West side of the farm. Track in the North side and road is pass through the river and track. One section for Fruit trees and second section for Soft fruits and third section is vegetables. Farmhouse and Chickens is in the front of vegetables and Barn is located in the left side of this. And the one large part is built of sheep.

Furthermore, today farm is look totally different as compare the 1950 farm. In this time park was also build in the two part of the farm and the Solar panels also installed in the North side. Farm shop and Camping field is build in the farm. Road is passing in the center of farm and river is in the two side of farm. Fruit trees, Soft fruits, Vegetables, Barn, Farmhouse, Chicken and Holiday cottages are divided into several section.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0

The response attempts to summarise the main features of the maps showing Beechwood Farm in 1950 and today. However, the coverage lacks clarity and misses several key transformations, such as the introduction of the farm shop, holiday cottages, and solar panels, while misdescribing elements like the sheep area which was replaced by camping and solar facilities. The overview is weak, simply stating that the farm looks different rather than outlining the major structural changes. There is a tendency to list details rather than make integrated comparisons, placing the response in Band 5.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0

The essay is divided into three paragraphs (introduction and two body paragraphs comparing the past and present), providing a basic structure. However, logical progression is hindered by repetitive sentence openings and inadequate cohesive devices. Reference words are sometimes vague, such as 'In this time' and 'in the two part of the farm'. Paragraphing is attempted, but overall the flow lacks sophistication, resulting in a Band 5 score.

Lexical Resource — Band 4.0

The vocabulary used is basic and repetitive, relying heavily on simple terms like 'farm', 'road', 'river', and 'section'. There are noticeable word choice and collocation issues, such as 'park was also build in the two part' instead of 'parking areas were constructed'. Less common lexical items are rarely attempted, and spelling and word formation errors restrict the score to Band 4.0.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 4.0

The text contains a very limited range of structures, with frequent grammatical errors that impede communication. Examples include tense errors ('This illustration give', 'road is pass through', 'today farm is look totally'), missing articles, and faulty prepositions ('in the South and West side'). Complex structures are rarely attempted accurately, placing the grammatical range and accuracy firmly at Band 4.0.
