IELTS Writing Task 1 question

The plans below show the site of a farm in 1950 and the same site today.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.



 

Student answer (Band 5.0)

The plan here illustrates the place of a beechwood farm in 1950 and now a day's.

Overall, From that time to today there are many changes made in the farm. Like so many areas have introduces in which camping fields, new parking areas and solar pannels installed in replace of sheep area. Also, there were no farm shop present in the fruits trees section.

In 1950, Along the river Fruit trees, Soft fruits, Vegetables sections were placed on one side. And on the other side Barn, Farmhouse, and also a area made for Chickens. While, the sheep were placed on the opposite side of the track.

Today, Farm has made various changes or evolved new areas. The area which was reserved for the sheep is now converted into camping fields, solar pannels and two parking areas. On the opposite side of the road Barn spot converted into Holiday cottages and took to the side of V shaped road.
